WAYNE HAY IS THE ONLY AGENT TO USE Wayne Hay isn’t just “another real estate agent” he is professional, he gave us guidance with local knowledge and market movement in the area and was honest and hard working. We received 3 contracts (offers in writing) to choose from within the first 30 days and sold. We were never over promised like other agents seemed to do, but were overwhelmed with the amount of time and effort put into our property. A MAN OF HIS WORD We first met Wayne Hay a little over a month ago, we gave him a call in response to one of his letterbox flyers. We were very impressed with Wayne’s knowledge of the local market and his no nonsense style, which was different from what we had previously experienced with real estate agents. Right from the start Wayne was confident he would find the perfect buyer for our house and we can confirm within just 4 days from going online we had signed a contract for the sale of our home in Peregian Springs. However Wayne’s service and attention to detail did not stop there, Wayne continued to assist us in finding our new home. Wayne delivers!!!! My wife & I originally met Wayne Hay around 6 years ago when we were exploring the market and attending open homes. We liked Wayne’s relaxed, welcoming and non-pushy style. He was extremely knowledgeable on the area and the homes we were inspecting and allowed us to freely inspect each home without any of the usual sales push or hard sell. But he also knew when to chime in and question us in relation to our level of interest, any questions we had and our buying position. We always knew when our time came to sell we would use Wayne’s service as he is the hardest working agent we have ever seen, not just in Peregian Springs. A few months back prior to Christmas I contacted Wayne about ‘upsizing’ our family home as the kids were outgrowing our existing home. Wayne went out of his way and arranged site inspections of land available, obtained builders quotes and provided us with various options to consider. During these discussions I mentioned to Wayne about a ‘dream home’ we had admired for a while now and asked him if it ever came on the market
to make sure he let me know. A short while after that Wayne contacted us over the Christmas holidays to advise that he was in the process of listing our “dream home” and he wanted me to be the first to know and have the opportunity to inspect before it hit the market. With Wayne’s assistance, we were able to secure the home without a “sunset clause”, subject to sale of our home and 90 days to sell. Naturally, we engaged Wayne’s services to sell our home. From that very moment, Wayne went out of his way to assist us in preparing our home for sale, giving tips and advice on presentation etc. Wayne even spent a full day in the middle of Summer assisting us to lay new turf and trim back the gardens in our preparation for sale. The 90 days were given to sell our home wasn’t required, Wayne had a great Contract on our home in just 26 days. Right throughout the sale, Wayne kept us informed every single step of the way. IF YOU WANT IT SOLD, IT’S SIMPLE JUST CALL WAYNE HAY. I had previously been on the market for 9 months with another agency and was not having any success when a friend suggested I call Wayne Hay. They had sold a number of properties with Wayne and each time were over the moon with Wayne’s service and the result Wayne had achieved for them. Co-incidence? The same day I had planned to ring Wayne he knocked at my door. Wayne spoke about the market and what it was doing and made various suggestions which I followed and invested in his recommended marketing program. From that day on I was impressed. Impressed with the brochures, very impressed with the marketing program and the immediate increase in the number of buyers coming to open homes and booking inspections. What impressed me most was Wayne’s work ethic.
Wayne didn’t just do open homes on a Saturday, he suggested and explained why we should open the home more often allowing buyers more opportunities to inspect.
