Simon Balle All-through School is a forward thinking school combining traditional values with innovative teaching and learning. In 2016 we were in the top 3% nationally and second in Hertfordshire for student progress as measured by Progress 8 at KS4. A high proportion of our students join our successful sixth form alongside many external students. We are looking for an inspiring leader with enthusiasm and commitment to grow and further develop the Sixth Form. You should be passionate about providing young people with a safe, supportive yet challenging environment in which to secure their success. You will be responsible for, among other things, academic progress, pastoral welfare, admissions and the smooth day-to day running of the Sixth Form. The successful applicant will – Be a strong communicator Have excellent interpersonal and people management skills Be able to work independently and as part of a team Be able to prioritise and manage time effectively
