The Governors are seeking to appoint, an enthusiastic, motivated and qualified teacher of Music and Music Technology to join the ambitious team of professionals in our school. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate who will be an excellent classroom practitioner with the ability to inspire enthusiasm in students. The successful candidate will have high expectations in terms of standards of Music in the school. Much of the teaching will be of AS and A2 Music Technology. The department is well resourced with a dedicated mac network of 40+ iMacs running Logic 9 as well as a professional-standard recording room and live studio. The success of the music department is central to the life opportunities of our young people both culturally and academically. You will have a passion for ensuring young people reach their potential, yet believe they can exceed these expectations; providing encouragement and guidance to achieve this.
