Survey of the consumption of okra (Abelmoschus esculentus and Abelmoschus caillei) in a population of young people in Côte d'Ivoire Authors: Kouassi JB1, Cisse-Camara M1 and Tia Vama E2
ABSTRACT: In order to have data on the consumption of okra in Ivory Coast, a survey was carried out in a school in the town of Adjamé among young people aged between 15 and 35 years. The survey showed that all respondents knew okra 57.80% of respondents appreciate okra fresh, 39.20% dry and 03% do not appreciate at all the Institution: okra.
