h It’s Your Year of Total Fulfillment!
Imagine for a moment that somebody provided a servant for you. | A rich
friend just decided to bless you by hiring someone to help you—around the house, at the office, wherever you need assistance. | Once you thanked your friend for his kindness, what would you do? | You’d put that servant to work, that’s what. You’d give him a list of all the things you’ve dreamed of getting done but haven’t had time to do yourself. Housecleaning. Gardening. Detailing the car. The list would go on and on…
You certainly wouldn’t leave the servant sitting on the couch all day with nothing to do. You wouldn’t let him idle away his time watching television while you rushed around trying to get things done by yourself. That would be foolish. That would be a waste of the servant’s time, and your friend’s generosity. Nobody in their right mind would do that. Yet spir- itually speaking, we as believers do it all the time. We neglect the spiritual assistance we’ve been given. We leave the servant called faith, which God has so graciously provided for us, sitting around idly with nothing to do. “Wait a minute,” somebody might say. “Did you just call faith our servant?” Yes, I did. But I didn’t come up with the concept myself. I got it f rom Jesus. He compared faith to a servant in Luke 17. When the disciples asked Him to increase their faith, He said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you. And which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’? But will he not rather say to him, ‘Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourself and serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat
and drink’? Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I think not” (verses 6-9, New King James Version).
A White-Hot Expectation
Obviously Jesus didn’t view faith the way most people do today. He didn’t see it as something fragile and religious—meant to be used like fancy china, only on special occasions. Jesus considered faith a workhorse, an ablebodied helper given to us by God to roll up its sleeves and get the job done. Exactly what job is faith designed to do? It is designed to transfer material from the realm of the spirit into this natural realm. Faith goes into the spiritual world, lays hold of what is already there and manifests it in the natural world of matter. Hebrews 11:1 says it this way: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Faith is what clothes our God-given, Bible-based hopes with natural substance. It ’s what makes them become a reality in this material world. So when believers don’t cultivate hope in their hearts, faith is left with nothing to do. “But, Brother Copeland,” you might say, “I have lots of hope. I’m hoping for a better job. I hope my kids will do well in school. I’m hoping it won’t rain tomorrow so I can go fishing.”

That’s not hoping. That’s wishing. True Bible hope is much more powerful than that. The definition of the Greek words translated hope in the New Testament literally means “an intense, white-hot expectation that something is coming to pass.” Most believers have very little of that kind of hope because it’s born out of Holy Spirit-inspired dreams—dreams based and built on the promises of God’s Word and heaven’s bounty. A dream becomes hope when the dreamer starts expecting it to come to pass. And there lies the problem. Too many believers have stopped dreaming.
Not Just Kid Stuff
Faith is what clothes our Godgiven, Bible-based hopes with natural substance. It’s what makes them become a reality in this material world.
As for me, I’ve been a dreamer all my life. As a little boy, I had an imagination as big as all outdoors. (I still do. I can entertain myself for hours.) One of my most enduring dreams began when I was a kid during World War II. There was an Army air base just outside the West Texas town where I grew up and they used to fly squadrons of P-47 Thunderbolts out of there. Since I was practically born with the desire to fly, I’d lie on my back porch and imagine what it would be like to be in those planes looking down through the clouds at my house. Once when I was about 8 years old, a man who owned a Lockheed X offered to fly my dad and me around the city and I got to sit up front with the pilot. I absolutely couldn’t keep my hands off the yoke. We ended up sitting on the ground for a while and I spent the whole time in the cockpit making airplane noises and dreaming about flying that plane. I realize that just sounds like kid stuff to most people, but over the years that dream became a hope, and by the time I was in my 20s I was flying airplanes for a living. My dream had become a reality. If that was the end of the story, my dream of flying wouldn’t have been of any eternal value. But that wasn’t the end of it because in 1967, that dream ran head-on into the Word of God. And a dream that is based purposely on God’s Word and on His promises becomes more than just a personal desire. It becomes spiritual seed that is guaranteed to produce fruit for the kingdom of God and bring rewards that will last forever.
All Dressed Up and Nowhere to Go
Jesus taught about that kind of spiritual seed in Mark 4. (Study the whole chapter carefully if you want to see how to take your dreams from hope…to faith…to reality.) He said: “To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we picture it? It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade” (verses 30-32, New King James Version). Notice Jesus said that when a divine dream seed is fully grown,

except for one man who just refused to get out of bed. The next service, I went in and preached like there were 15,000 people there. I preached all over the room. I preached up and down the aisles. There were still less than a dozen people but I was shouting the victory like the place was full. As I remember, there was one sinner there and the rest were believers, but that one sinner got saved. As far as I was concerned, that was 100 percent success—we were having a landslide! Afterward, somebody said, “That poor preacher hasn’t ever been to seminary. He’s so dumb he doesn’t know the difference between a landslide and a flop!” He didn’t realize that I was a dreamer. He didn’t know that while I was preaching, I was seeing that place full. I was seeing people crowded in until they were hanging out the windows. Before the week was out, that dream had become hope…that hope had clothed itself with faith…and the building was literally running over with people. It only held about 130, and by Friday night they had to raise the windows so the people outside could hear. We stayed and held two services a day for 21 days. It was glorious. That was almost 40 years ago now, and I’ve been dreaming Holy Ghost dreams ever since. I’ve spent my life preaching that Jesus is Lord to multiplied thousands and flying from the top of the world to the bottom and all the way around. Over the years, my dreams have gotten bigger—and I’m not finished yet. “Yeah, but Brother Copeland, that’s just you. You’re a dreamer.” So are you, my friend. If you’re a born-again believer, God has put dreams inside of you, and He’s given you a ser vant called faith to bring those dreams to pass. So stir yourself up. Stir up your divine imagination and reach out into the heavenlies. Immerse yourself in the Word of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit and dare to dream the dreams He gives you. Bring your hope to a higher level by declaring the Word, and keep meditating that Word until your hope is clothed with faith, and that faith reaches into the realm of the spirit and makes your dream a reality. Don’t let fear or past disappointments hold you back. Plant your dream like a mustard seed so it can grow up and become greater than the impossibilities in your life. Plant it so it can grow up and become a source of blessing, encouragement and support for others. God is waiting for you to dream. The people you were born to bless are waiting for you to dream. So don’t let the devil stop you. Dream on, my friend. Dream on. V ictor y

Staying
Faithful
to a Faithful God
o
On July 15, 1966, at about 7 p.m. a preacher asked me, “Do you take this woman as your wife?” Right then, at that moment I became a one-woman man. I made a commitment to my wife. I didn’t say, “I’ll try.” That wasn’t the right answer. I said, “I do.” I made a commitment right then—when I said those words it was settled.
Because of that, adultery is not, nor has it ever been, an issue in my life—not even a temptation. I settled it 40 years ago, and I am not looking for another woman. To do so would mean I would have to break covenant with my wife. I would have to break a commitment to myself. And I simply will not do that. I made that same type of commitment to God on Feb. 11, 1969, at 3 a.m. when I said, “Jesus, be my Lord.” I made a commitment that I would stick with God and His Word no matter what happens. To this day, I have been faithful to both of those commitments. I once asked the Lord to tell me His definition of faithfulness and He said just that, Sticking with Me and My Word no matter what happens in life. Faithfulness is a commitment you make to yourself and to God, and faithfulness pays big dividends. Be Deeply Committed

no matter what
People have different views when it comes to being faithful. Some people are faithful until something happens that disappoints them. Others are faithful until something doesn’t turn out the way they thought it would. But faithfulness is just what God said it is—it is sticking to Him and His Word no matter what happens. A lot of people in the Body of Christ have never
made that commitment. They just take it one day at a time and say, “Let’s see how it turns out. We don’t really want to make a commitment until we see if God is going to supply our need or provide that car.” But to be faithful you have to make a commitment and back it with your life. There is no such thing as overflow to the person who is not deeply committed. Proverbs 28:20 says, “A faithful man shall abound with blessings....” Show me a scripture where the quitter will abound. There is not one. You may say, “Well, Brother Jerry, I’ve been tithing three weeks, so I’m faithful.” Anybody can do something for three weeks. Let’s see what you are doing after three years. Let’s see what you are doing after 30 years. Faithfulness is not measured over a few weeks. Faithfulness is measured over time. The Original Promise Keeper
You may say, “How do I develop unwavering faith? How do I become faithful?” It takes a revelation of God’s faithfulness to become faithful. If you go through the Bible you’ll find stories where God’s people were facing impossible odds, but God promised to deliver them and He always came through for them. Watch Him do it time and time again, and it will inspire and energize your faith in the faithfulness of God. Second Samuel 5 tells the story of David on the day he was anointed king of Israel. The Bible says the Philistines heard about it and gathered against him. In the natural it was an impossible task for David and his army to defeat the entire army of the Philistines and David knew it. So, what did David do? He went to God and said, “Do You want me to pursue them?” God said, Yes. David then asked, “Can I count on You to deliver them into my hand?” And God answered Yes. So, David and his army met the Philistine army on the battlefields in the Valley of Rephaim and God came through just like He said He would. It was such a marvelous victory, and it impressed David so, that he named the battlefield “Lord of the breaking through” as a memorial to God and His faithfulness. When I read stories like that it builds my faith. I know when I am facing impossible odds, the same God who proved His faithfulness to David will prove His faithfulness to Jerry. And He has for 37 years. If there is one thing I have discovered about God in my relationship with Him, it’s that He is faithful. He has never
disappointed me, and He has never let me down. I can’t say that He’s always showed up in the time frame I would have liked Him to, but the bottom line is: He did show up. Like Jesse Duplantis says, “God wears a wristwatch, but it doesn’t have hour, minute and second hands. God’s watch reads due season.” In Psalm 23 David says, “The Lord is my shepherd.” A shepherd is one who feeds, sustains, protects, guides and provides. But he is also your unfailing companion. David spoke these words late in life, after he’d had a long relationship with God. He spoke f rom experience. In other words, this was no novice talking. It was someone who had walked with God over a period of a lifetime. And when he says God is faithful, it carries a lot of weight. If you get a revelation of the love of God and His faithfulness, defeat will become a thing of the past. Deuteronomy 7:9 says, “Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth If you get covenant….” Based on that scripture, you could say that a revelation God was the original promof the love of ise keeper.

But when the heat was on, and when the crisis came, they were willing to let go of the Word. Many of them became offended at God. That is the bottom line of every attack we experience. Every attack the devil has launched at you is an attempt to get you offended at God. I know people who seemed to have all the characteristics of being faithful until they lost their job, lost their business or lost a loved one, and then they blamed God. The next thing you know, they don’t want to have anything to do with God because they are offended at Him. But remember faithfulness is sticking with God no matter what happens. “You mean no matter what happens, Brother Jerry?” That’s right. No matter what happens. “You mean if I don’t get healed?” If you don’t get healed. “You mean if my financial need isn’t met?” If it doesn’t get met. “If it looks like it’s never going to work?” Yes, even if it

looks like it’s never going to work. With that kind of commitment it will work. It may not work in your time f rame, but it will come to pass. It may not turn out exactly how you thought it would, but God will honor His Word. Besides, why would you want to give up now? Where would you go? The God you serve has delivered you f rom a devil’s hell, healed your body and restored your marriage. He has put food on your table, given you the table to put food on, given you a house, given you a car and given you the clothes on your back. Where else would you turn? Who else loves you that much? Who else can provide for you like that? There are no other gods that can do what our God can do. That is the reason He is called the Most High God.

Never Draw Back
Hebrews 10:38 says, “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” Draw back is just another way of saying “waver, compromise or quit.” And the author of the book of Hebrews makes it ver y c lear where he stands. Verse 39 says, “But we are not of them who draw back....” In other words, “I’ve made my commitment and I am not of them who draw back. I am not of them who give up, I am not of them who get offended at God because things didn’t turn out the way I thought they would. I am not of them. I’ve drawn the line in the sand.” When you make the decision to stay faithful to a faithful God, just watch how He blesses you. He will reward you greatly and cause you to increase in wealth, honor and favor. That’s overflow! V ictor y

GoodNewsGazette Seedtime and Harvest! God is pouring out His blessings! I am humbled at the way my business has grown since we attended the 2004 Believers’ Convention in Green Bay and I began sowing financial seeds. I have been a realtor for 16 years. It is very competitive and has been up and down financially. In Green Bay, everyone in our family was compelled to empty themselves financially to sow seed. Once I wrote a check for everything I had in the account. Every time I gave, I thought, That’s all I can give in these meetings. But I’d go back to the hotel and find new orders to process that replenished my checkbook. After sowing and expenses, we came home with little…but were very happy. God had supplied everything we needed. Traditionally, the winter months are slow in real estate, yet it’s not quite the middle of March and I am one listing short of earning $30,000! This is miraculous. If this trend continues, my income will be roughly $250,000 this year and maybe more! Thank you so much for the Green Bay meetings—for giving us the opportunity to grasp the truth of sowing seeds. We are humbly praising our Father…the harvest is here! It truly is a year of overflow for us. S.J. | Ohio

Thank you for praying for my family and our many situations. We went through a rough time last fall. I lost my job, my husband’s job was in jeopardy and both my teenage daughters totaled their cars within a week of each other. Praise God they were safe. But God has delivered us! He sent my husband a new job that pays more—enough so I can stay home and be a full-time mom. God also provided the funds to replace both cars that were wrecked. also Within just a few weeks we have been totally the funds to restored and blessed with abundance—more than we had before. My oldest daughter had been diagnosed with a heart condition more than two years ago. Two weeks ago we were told she now has a normal, healthy heart! And last summer I was diagnosed with petit mal seizures and placed on medication. I no longer have that condition and do not need the medication. Our wonderful God has brought us fully out of the valley and up to the mountaintop. Thank you for your ministry and staff.

Good Things Come in Minibooks
Two of your minibooks have really blessed my life! I was exposed to pornography at an early age, and as a child I found books, magazines and cable TV full of it to entertain myself. Later when I was born again, I thought I had left it behind, but I kept going back. I struggled with it for so long I had given up and began to justify it. Even while reading Gloria Copeland’s book Be a Vessel of Honor, I had no intention of dropping the option of an occasional X-rated movie. But while arguing in my mind that it wasn’t a big deal, the Holy Ghost washed the desire from my soul. I didn’t even pray—the Lord knew my heart and how much I wanted to be free. Depression was another thing I picked up as a child. I thought sadness was just part of life—nothing could be done about it. But I read Brother Copeland’s book Sorrow Not! and couldn’t believe it at first. But the scriptures and the Holy Ghost did it again. The Word of God truly is powerful. I had struggled with that junk for so long. But the Father, by His Word, made the change in me painless and easy. I have been tempted to go back to those old ways and mental strongholds, but the Father has led me to read Galatians and refuse to be enslaved again. Freedom is just too good! M.O. | Pennsylvania
God’s Prescription Works
Years ago while under the influence of a denomination that did not believe in healing, I had a heart attack and stroke at the age of 40. After I got out of the hospital I was depleted, discouraged and disillusioned. My wife recorded one of your broadcasts on healing. I was hungry to understand what you were preaching. I knew if I could get it in my spirit, I would be free. As I pressed in, a boldness came into me as I talked to God and declared I was healed by the stripes of Jesus. Two and a half years later, I was the checked over by Dr. Cherry to find I had a new heart and the blood pressure of an athlete. has gotten For the past five years my wife and I have been going to churches in small, rural towns whose members are dying with disease. God's Will for Me
I used to think of various Christian ministers as money-grabbing con artists. Then about 10 months ago, with nothing else to do, I found myself reading your book God ’s Will for You. I read it and I hated it. I have always had a hard time conforming to one way of life and it seemed the whole book was telling me what to do. I got locked up in solitary confinement for 28 days—all alone day and night with only a Bible. A week ago a friend passed my way through segregation for a short stay as my neighbor. Before he left I asked him if he had any books. He slid a book under my cell door when the guards weren’t looking…yep, it was your book God’s Will for You, so I read it again. This time it made me cry like a baby. I found myself sobbing uncontrollably. I got down on my knees and begged God to forgive me of my sins and I accepted Jesus as my Savior. Since then I have read several more books by you and Kenneth. I have been working with the men here sharing God’s Word and telling of His love for them. I am at every church service and love the Bible studies. D.R. | Canada

My wife and I have both worn glasses for many years. We were listening to one of the services from the West Coast Believers’ Convention. At the end of the service, Brother Copeland asked the congregation to repeat a list of things we were free from. When we said we are free in our eyes, my wife and I turned to each other and agreed that God wanted us to have perfect vision. We took off our glasses right then and haven’t worn them since. We haven’t had any problems and are seeing things very clearly now. Thanks for making all these meetings and teachings available to us over the Internet!

The name of each player blared from the loudspeaker as the Texas wind whipped across the high school football field. It was the last game of the 2004 season. “Jesse Sanford, No. 42!” the announcer said. Jill jumped to her feet and cheered for all she was worth. | As the feisty, petite grandmother sat down on the cold aluminum bleacher, she breathed a prayer of thanks—again—for the small Christian school and the influence it had in Jesse’s life. Jill marveled at how much her grandson had changed since she enrolled him in the school. | The 13-year-old with the gentle manner and shy smile had found his niche. Being part of the junior varsity football team had given him much needed self-confidence and a sense of belonging, and Jesse was thriving.

For Such a Time as This Jill’s husband, Jeff, was on staff at Kenneth Copeland Ministries, so the Perkins lived on a steady diet of the Word and stayed built up in faith. Jill had a budding career as a private investigator, which was demanding and fulfilling. When the couple gained custody of Jesse when he was 11, raising a child at this point in their lives hadn’t been part of their plan. Yet, they knew God had called them to be part of Jesse’s life. They were determined to do everything possible to help Jesse succeed. “For years, Jeff and I had listened to Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and we had learned how to use our faith and apply the Word.” The Perkins loved Jesse, prayed for him, took him to church, taught him the Word, and sacrificed to send him to a private Christian school. They knew God’s Word and a loving, peaceful home were key to his restoration from a difficult childhood. Daily they watched with grateful hearts as Jesse was transformed by God’s love and His Word. The school year ended in June, and Jill packed Jesse’s suitcase for a trip to
Listening for Instructions The convention had been very informative, but exhausting. The phone was ringing as Jill entered her hotel room at 11 p.m. She sighed as she picked up the phone. A nearly hysterical family member stumbled over her words as she explained that Jesse had been rushed to the emergency room. He had suffered a seizure and was now in a coma. A specialized surgical team had been called in to remove what was showing up on an MRI as a mass of unknown origin. “I’m so scared,” the caller said. “I think he is dying.” For a split second fear wrapped itself around Jill’s heart. But almost instantly the spirit of faith rose up strong against the fear. “He will live and not die,” Jill responded with authority. On the way to Michigan, Jill remembered that three months earlier she had felt pulled into the Word in a greater than normal way. Now, she realized God had been preparing her for this day. She began speaking God’s promises of healing over Jesse.
He looked at his grandmother through blurred vision in his good eye and asked: “Will I be able to play football again?”
Jesse was being wheeled out of surgery as Jill arrived at the hospital. The boy she saw laying helplessly on the gurney did not resemble the vibrant teenager she had sent off to Michigan just a few weeks earlier. Metal staples covered Jesse’s shaved head, and his left eye bulged from the socket—the result of an abscess that was growing behind the ocular nerve. Jesse would be transferred to another hospital where doctors could drain the orbital abscess. “He will likely lose his eye,” one doctor had said. At the very least doctors feared Jesse would have severe brain damage, and there was a good chance he could die. Doctors were still perplexed as to the cause of Jesse’s illness. But Jill knew. The devil is trying to kill him, she thought.
Jill and Jeff Perkins
At that moment, the 52-year-old grandmother squared off against the spirit of death and firmly said, “No.” She thought about the times she had heard Gloria Copeland say if you wait until you are in the midst of a crisis to get into the Word, it may be too late. Jill thanked God that she was armed with the Truth. She also thanked Him in advance for a certain “win,” then turned her spiritual ears in to hear from God. drug-resistant staph infection called MRSA (methicillinresistant staphylococcus aureus). Jesse had become infected when he nicked his leg while on a recent camping trip. Bacteria had entered his body and began forming abscesses at the point of any weakness. Again, Jill was told Jesse would probably not live. Sleep deprivation and words of unbelief from doctors and family members had taken their toll. Reeling under the weight of a death sentence for her grandson, Jill searched for a way to regain her footing. Pray one for another that ye may be healed, Jill heard in her spirit while walking toward the ICU waiting room. “I grabbed anybody there and offered to pray with them about their situation,” she recalled. “My faith became stronger and stronger as I prayed for others.” Jeff wanted to be by Jesse’s side, but he and Jill felt he should stay in Fort Worth and continue working. “Now we can see how it was part of God’s plan,” Jill said. “Jeff would call me hourly. He wasn’t seeing or hearing what I was, so he stayed in a place of strong faith. He would speak the Word to me constantly—helping me stay focused and in faith about Jesse’s situation.” Jeff wasn’t the only one praying. Family and friends were interceding, and so were the JV Cowboys, who were determined to see their teammate and player back on the field for the first game of the 2005 season. For days, Jesse’s life hung in the balance as he drifted in and out of consciousness. Jill never left his side, constantly speaking words of life to her young grandson. When he would have lucid moments, Jesse would mumble familiar verses of Scripture, too. Despite the grim reports, Jill confessed, “Jesse is going home,” and “He will not lose his eyesight.” As she steadily typed out a list of things doctors said would have to happen for Jesse to live and keep his eyesight, she stood firm in her faith. If two or more agree as touching anything, it shall be done for them by My Father in heaven, she thought as she emailed those she knew were praying for Jesse. There would be more than just two in agreement for those things. This is what needs to happen, and this is what God will do, Jill thought. Then the Holy Spirit whispered the next “play” toward the win. Jill, the battle is over. Now praise the Lord for Jesse’s healing. Stay in an attitude of thanksgiving. Independence Day Seven days after he had been admitted into the ICU, Jesse woke up. He looked at his grandmother through blurred vision in his good eye and asked: “Will I be able to play football again?” “Yes. Yes, you will,” Jill answered. “And you’ll see clearly again, too—with both eyes.”

Dealing
with ugly people Ke
nneth
Co
peland
You can probably think of a few people in your life right now who are hard to love. Maybe they don’t treat you right. Maybe they are purposely difficult or something about their personality rubs others the wrong way.
Loving people—no matter how badly they act, no matter how rotten their attitude—is something we can do. And we do it by faith. In the same way we grow anything that comes by faith, we plant the seeds, water them and let God give the increase of love. Jesus loved, and He commanded us to love. He taught us the principle of love. He sowed seeds of love. And, to insure our success in loving people unconditionally, He gave us the very Spirit of Love who empowered Him every day of His life on earth.
Taking the Right First Step
Just how do you deal with ugly people? Can you do something to get them to change? How do you love people who are not easy to love? You can’t change them. You can’t even deal with them. But you can develop your love until you can love them just the way they are.
Every time you say, “I love You, Father,” the Holy Ghost—the Spirit of Love—is knocking the old walls down, stretching you on the inside, and you’re learning things you didn’t know you knew.

rises to another place. Your born-again inner man comes up another notch and fear is being flushed out. It will only be a matter of days and you’ll be walking on a higher plane. You’ll realize something has happened to you.
What’s Happening?
What’s happening? Every time you say, “I love You, Father,” the Holy Ghost—the Spirit of Love—is knocking the old walls down, stretching you on the inside, and you’re learning things you didn’t know you knew. You’re saying, “I love You, Father, with all my heart.” And suddenly, you begin to hear something within your heart. First, you’ll begin to hear your heavenly Father speak to your inner man, “I love you.” And your heart will begin to yearn to hear more from Him about the love He wants to flow through you. Your re-created human spirit is becoming aware of what was going on in there all the time. Love is developing and flushing out all the junk that has kept you from clearly hearing Him. Up from the inside comes
So, we have planted our seed. We have watered. We are “rooted and grounded in love” according to Ephesians 3:17. And we have received our increase. Love is being perfected in us and all fear is being cast out (1 John 4:18). Unwarranted fear of God, fear of circumstances, fear of people—all cast out! Now we are ready to begin loving people with the same love that is perfectly developed in us. The love that is shed abroad in our hearts loves people. Look again at Ephesians 3:17-19, “That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.” To know the love of the Anointing is to be totally filled with God. Every anointed act of love demonstrates the fullness of God. Every healing is a love act. Every miracle is a love act. Every discerning of spirits is a love act. Every tongue and every interpretation is an act of His full love.
Love is being perfected as you continue to declare,
“I love You, Father, with all my heart, all my soul, all my body, all my money.” the flow of the Holy Ghost and the flow of the love of God and every kind of fear is flushed out. When you begin to think without fear contaminating your thinking, you begin to see things through the fact that God loves you as much as He loves Jesus. Start listening. Become God‑inside minded. The fully developed love of God within you now is longing to show off—to bring Him glory—in your outside life. You’ll just be driving down the street and the love and compassion of God will start flowing through you and over you. The next thing you know, you’re loving your wife more than you ever loved her in your life. Your kids are finding out what real love is all about because they’re receiving God’s love through you. Then, lo and behold, you find yourself seeing other people in a different light and loving them with this agape love.
Loving Difficult People Is Not So Difficult
Here we are…right back to those ugly people. We all have to deal with someone who is difficult to love. Again, you don’t start loving on them…you start loving God. “I love You, Lord, so in the Name of Jesus, I love them.” Keep the love of God in you stirred up. The love wherewith God loved Jesus is on the inside of you, and it is there for a purpose—His purpose.

The love of the Anointed One goes beyond just knowledge and gets us into such intimacy with God that, just like Jesus, we begin to know what is in the hearts of people. We know because the love of God is moving us and we begin to understand what’s hindering them. We understand what’s motivating their actions and attitudes. We begin to have insight. Why? Because He wants us to know, and He will guide our acts of love toward them. As we keep our loving communication open with Him, and refrain from being offended or gossiping about people, we will hear Him. As we continually develop our love for Him and allow it to flush out any fear, we will hear what He wants us to know about them. If we operate day in and day out in faith that works by our well-developed love, we look forward to every encounter with not just the difficult people, but with everyone. We can hardly wait to hear what the Lord has to tell us about them and see what He shows us. And, just like Jesus, we respond to them by saying what our Father says and doing what He shows us. If we continue in faith and love, God will deal with them—just like He has dealt with us all. God gets all the glory as we show forth the marvelous acts of love. V ictor y

hristbearer
Long before there was an America, God engraved its location on the heart of one man and gave him a mission to carry the gospel there. That man was Christopher Columbus, whose first name means “Christbearer.” His real name and details of his life are disputed by historians. But what is known for certain is that this man of Greek or Italian descent became a seafarer at an early age. He is said to have likened himself to the patron Saint Christopher, who, legend says, carried the Christ child across treacherous waters. In the same manner, Columbus would eventually carry the gospel of Christ across uncharted waters. Writing in his Book of Prophecies, composed following his third voyage to the New World, Columbus describes how his journey of discovery began: I prayed to the most merciful Lord about my heart’s great desire, and He gave me the spirit and the intelligence for the task: seafaring, astronomy, geometry, arithmetic, skill in drafting spherical maps…. It was the Lord who put into my mind…the fact that it would be possible to sail from here to the Indies. All who heard of my project rejected it with laughter…. There is no question that the inspiration was from the Holy Spirit, because He comforted me with rays of marvelous illumination from the Holy Scriptures…. The fact that the gospel must still be preached in so many lands in such a short time, this is what convinces me. In his log, Columbus wrote that the reason for his voyages to new lands was to “bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the heathens.”
| Before embarking from Spain on August 3, 1492, Columbus and his crew took Communion. He then ordered the sails to be set in the Name of Jesus. One month…two months…the miserable voyage stretched beyond what anyone had expected. But Columbus continually reassured his crew that land was near. Finally, on October 12, the crew touched the warm soil and beheld the wonders of the New World! Columbus named the first island San Salvador, meaning “Holy Savior.” He prayed, “O Lord, Almighty... blessed and glorified be Thy Name, and praised be Thy Majesty, which hath deigned to use us, Thy humble servants, that Thy holy Name may be proclaimed in this second part of the earth.” Columbus would make three more voyages across these waters, giving each new island a religious name and ordering a huge cross erected—claiming the land for Spain, but “principally for a sign of Jesus Christ our Lord, and in honor of Christianity.” A fourth voyage, to make way for the liberation of Jerusalem, ended in disaster and Columbus never saw his ultimate dream fulfilled. Christopher Columbus knew God had a purpose for him and fearlessly answered the call, even when it looked impossible. His thoughts on this still speak to us today: “No one should fear to undertake any task in the Name of our Savior, if it is just and if the intention is purely for His holy service.” He was the “Christbearer” to the New World. role as director. He is right in the center of God’s will, serving KCM and taking the good news all over Australia and into Asia. | When David was a student at Jerry Savelle Ministries International ( JSMI) in ear l y 1999, he was asked to write a paper outlining his ministry vision. “I was so f rustrated by that assignment because I wasn’t sure what God was calling me to do,” he recalled. “So, I prayed and said, ‘Lord, I’m just going to start writing something and let You lead.’ But in a way, I felt like I was making it up.” In August of that same year, David became director of KCM Australia. Two years later, he came across a computer disc that contained the “Ministry Vision” report he had completed for JSMI. As he read over the words he’d written more than two years before, David was blessed. It read: “I will serve another ministry, and my goal will be to take the good news into Asia.” The rest of the report was filled with David’s vision objectives and how he planned to accomplish them. “I had to call the staff in to read it with me,” David said, smiling. “It’s an exact picture of what I’m doing now. That’s God.” So, when Kenneth and Gloria Copeland held the Singapore V ictor y Campaign last year, ministering to people f rom Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India, the Philippines, China, Thailand and Australia, David’s heart was full. “That meeting was very significant to our continued outreach in that region,” he shared. And, the momentum has been building ever since. The implementation of the new computer system at KCM Australia in Destination Asia
December 2005 was also quite significant to the increased outreach into Asia. “The new computer system for us is like what the Citation X is for Kenneth Copeland,” David explained. “It’s the vehicle by which we manage our relationship with our Partners. It allows us to minister to them in a more effective way, and it provides us with the infrastructure to expand into Asia.” To date, KCM Australia has approximately 13,000 Partners with more than 20,000 people on its mailing list. “Those numbers will increase now that our new computer system is up and running,” he said. “So, for me, 2005 really was the Year of Overflow, and this year is the Year of Fulfillment.”
KCM Australia began printing and distributing its own Australian/Asian Pacific version of the Believer’s Voice of Victory magazine.
| KCM Australia is discovering that Kenneth and Gloria Copeland’s daily devotional From Faith to Faith is just as powerful—no matter what the translation. The devotional, which has been translated into Indonesian, is receiving rave reviews. There are currently plans to translate other KCM books as well. “In December 2005, we hit our target of printing 1 million books in Mandarin,” said David, noting those books are now being distributed in Asia. On the heels of that outstanding accomplishment, KCM Australia celebrated another media breakthrough for the kingdom. In January 2006, the Believer’s Voice of Victory broadcast expanded its reach into the Philippines. “We’re on a government channel which goes to 70 million viewers, covering 90 percent of the population,” David said. “We’re very excited about that.” And, in March of this Year of Fulfillment, KCM Australia began printing and distributing its own Australian/Asian Pacific version of the Believer’s Voice of Victory magazine. Filled with the same good Word and faith teachings, the Australian/Asian Pacific version of BVOV is a bit more customized to KCM Australia’s Partners and Friends—promoting such things as area meetings and specialized products. “It’s something we’ve desired to do for a long time,” David added. Taking the Word to the World
| After 26 years, KCM Australia ushered in 2006 in their own building on their own property! “That was the sweetest check I’ve ever signed,” said David. Shortly after writing that check, David told the KCM Partners during a meeting: “You can now tell your f riends that you are the proud owners of property in Queensland.” You, Partners, can give your friends and family the same report because you share in every breakthrough, every victory, every expansion, every healing, every salvation—absolutely everything—KCM experiences or touches. “We are committed to fulfill our part in strengthening the Body of Christ,” said David, “through the support of our Partners and the teaching ministry of Kenneth and Gloria Copeland.” Together, we are making a difference for the kingdom of God, taking the Word of faith from the top of the world, to the bottom, and all the way around. In 1977, Kenneth Hagin Sr. gave a prophecy that changed my life. It painted a picture of the end-time Church and helped me grasp the magnitude of God’s will for the Body of Christ. Brother Hagin prophesied that the Church “will rise up as a spiritual giant, and there shall be a release of power in our day and in our age that man has not seen before…. Men upon this ear th shall walk and talk and act like God…. And those who know their God in these days will be strong and do exploits. There is an army of the Lord being raised up…who will know and do their rights and privileges in Christ Jesus…and appropriate unto themselves that which has already been given.” by

will you find in the Bible where God wanted His people to be poor, sick or defeated.
Never! Never! Never! It didn’t happen. When I heard that prophecy, I made a decision to do whatever it took to be part of that army and do exploits for God. What I learned and put into practice as a result of that decision has allowed me to walk in victory and do things I never dreamed possible! First Corinthians 2:9 says, “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” God had tremendous things prepared for my life—things beyond my wildest imagination. And praise God! I’m seeing them and enjoying them. It’s been a wonderful journey, and God isn’t finished with my life yet. He desires for me to continue to grow in Him and fulfill His plan in my life. God has marvelous things planned not just for me, but for you and every other believer. He is a great planner. He plans His work and works His plan! Brother Hagin and others have also prophesied that the Church would progress from a time of fullness into a time of overflow. I believe overflow is the time we are in right now! Our lives can and should be overflowing in the presence and power of God. As believers, the supernatural should be our natural! We ought to be doing “exploits” for God. And we can! There is, however, a condition. Daniel 11:32 tells us: “The people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.” Know Your Power Source If you have a desire to do big things, impossible things for God—the things He calls “exploits”—then you have to fully understand the prerequisites. To start with, you must know God. That doesn’t mean you just know about Him. Knowing Him means having an intimate relationship with Him. It means He is the first thing you think of when you open your eyes in the morning, and the last you think of when you go to bed at night. Listening to Him all day, every day, and letting Him talk to you through His written Word and by His Spirit is how you get to know Him. You come to really know the Lord by actively seeking Him above everything else and recognizing Him as your source (Matthew 6:31-33). And, as you begin to know Him—you will begin to know His power. The Apostle Paul said having an intimate, living connection with Jesus was worth more than everything he
had previously considered valuable. He said his determined purpose was to know Him. This is a purpose I’ve made my own, and it can be yours too. “[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him…], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection” (Philippians 3:10, The Amplified Bible). The Spirit of “Greater Works” In this passage of Scripture, you can hear how deeply Paul desired the Lord and the power of His resurrection. Jesus told His disciples He wanted them to receive this power, to be “endued with power from on high.” He gave them instructions to wait in Jerusalem until He sent the Holy Spirit for this purpose. And, before being crucified He said: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father” ( John 14:12). Greater works—exploits! That’s what Jesus expects us to do. And we can when we yield to the Holy Spirit who dwells within us. Jesus knew His disciples had to have the Baptism in the Holy Spirit to do the mighty works God planned for them. That hasn’t changed. Knowing Jesus as our Savior and being filled with the Spirit are still the first steps toward doing the impossible. With God, All Things Are Possible The fact is, God has a purpose for your life that’s exciting and beyond anything you can imagine without the Holy Spirit revealing it. You may not feel able to do great things, but you can. Just realize God never intended you to do them on your own. God knows what He put in you and what He can do in you. Ephesians 3:20 says He is “able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” We in the Body of Christ are vessels that God works through to accomplish His will. We have been “recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us…” (Ephesians 2:10, The Amplified Bible). Exploits should not be unusual for us. Remember we are working with God Himself. We should expect miracles! a u g u s t

out of it are the issues of life” (Proverbs 4:20-23). It’s up to us how much of the power of God we experience. As we feed on the Word, speak it and act on it, the Word will become a reality to us and the power in God’s Word will drive out fear, failure and sickness! At one point in my Christian life I let my hunger for the Word of God decrease instead of increase. Too much of my attention was going toward natural things. The truth is, I had gotten comfortable in life. We had nice cars, a decent house, a little money in the bank—we just weren’t as desperate as we once had been. But, after I heard that prophecy Brother Hagin gave in 1977, I refocused my attention! He said: “Purpose in your heart that you’ll not be lazy, that you’ll not draw back, hold back or sit down, but purpose in your heart that you’ll rise up and march forward and become on fire.” I’m glad I quit being lazy about the Word back in 1977. It would have been sad to have missed out on all the wonderful things God had planned for us. Now, Ken and I are pursuing God’s will more fervently than ever! We are determined to be strong and do His exploits. Soar in the Spirit! We know too that “doing exploits” also requires laying aside every weight and sin that can hinder us (Hebrews 12:1). Weights are things that hold us down in the natural realm—things that crowd our hearts and take our focus and energy away from the things of God. Mark 4 gives a good list of those things. Although cares, distractions and desire for other things are not necessarily sin, they are things that will hold us down to the natural realm. And, when the natural man, “the flesh,” is in control, faith loses its aggressiveness. But why would anyone choose to live in the natural realm, on a low, low level, when we can live in the supernatural realm and soar in the spirit? With the help of the Holy Spirit you can “crucify” the flesh (Galatians 5:24) and renew your mind to the Word (Romans 12:2). You can be “spiritually minded” and experience life and peace. Or you can be “naturally” or “carnally minded” and think like the world thinks, and get what the world gets—death (see Romans 8:6). Your spirit—the part of you that is connected to God— can always be in command. When that’s the case, it isn’t difficult to receive the wisdom or help you need to overcome any situation. When you are vitally connected to the God of the impossible, it becomes easy for the supernatural to thrive. You can live a limited life in the earth—limited to your natural ability and circumstances—or you can live unlimited. It’s your choice, just like it was Israel’s choice. They
had to decide if they were going to follow after God, or settle for the natural things in the world and live like the heathen people around them. Put Your Foot on the Promise At one point in particular, they chose wrong. When God told the children of Israel to take the Promised Land, they forgot who was with them and saw only their own inabilities. That generation did not take the land God said He had given to them. They refused to possess—or put their foot on—the land God had promised them. But in Joshua 1:3, when God told Joshua, “Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you,” Joshua believed Him. Notice God didn’t say, I’m going to give it to you. He said, every place you put your foot, I have given to you—past tense. If Joshua hadn’t picked up his foot and put it down on that property—on that promise—he wouldn’t have received it. But Joshua did! The people were with him, and together they took the land. Joshua did what God told him, when He told him. March around the walls seven times and then shout, God said. And, they did. If their hearts had been hardened like the previous generation, they would not have obeyed God. It took God-inspired courage to do that, and they had hearts toward God. What happened? God took action, and suddenly they weren’t limited to the natural realm. Miraculously the walls fell flat. The Israelites possessed their land. When a miracle was needed, God performed a miracle. That’s the way God desires the Church to live— believing Him for the supernatural. Today we’re at the same place Joshua was. God had already given him the land, but he had to act on what God said. God has told us things in His Word that belong to us. We have to put our foot on them and possess them. We have to walk out on the Word. I believe we’re at the place and the hour where Brother Hagin’s prophecy is being fulfilled. The Lord is recruiting an army of believers to do what He wants done in the earth. But He isn’t looking for lukewarm Christians. He is looking for those who will purpose in their hearts not to be lazy, draw back, hold back or sit down. He is looking for those who will rise up, march forward, be on fire! He is looking for you and me to make a determination to know our God and do exploits! He is waiting to make the supernatural our natural. V ictor y
