THE DETAILS
J SHOES & DAINITE SOLE
Made in England, these exclusive boots also feature Dainite heels and soles. Dainite rubber soles have been produced in Market Harborough, J SHOES’ birth place, since 1894. These studded soles are known for their style, comfort, grip and durability. The soles are Goodyear welted, stitched for improved durability. Dainite is the trade name established from the local phrase describing the company as the “day and night” mills. The Goodyear welt process is a traditional method for the manufacture of men’s shoes, the benefit of the Goodyear welt construction is that the shoe can be resoled repeatedly, giving the shoe a lifespan of years, sometimes even decades.
