Compliance We are well-versed in the regulatory parameters for the cultivation of cannabis in the various jurisdictions and have the upper hand in identifying and securing locations where it can be legally produced and distributed. We have specialized expertise and contacts for planning, licensing and placement of cannabis operations and are adept at passing inspections and compliance.
Investment We also offer an investment opportunity with infrastructure and licenses already in place, along with a grow team to set up and manage the cultivation boxes. One box can produce at minimum 200 pounds of high-quality cannabis per year. We have contracts already in place to purchase our product for $2,000 per pound for a total of $400,000 annually. For an $80,000 investment, NYOC will return four payments of $30,000 each the first year as harvests come in for a total of $120,000. At NYOC’s discretion, payments will be made for another year at the same rate of $30,000 per harvest for a $120,000 total. At the end of the agreement, NYOC will buy the box for $50,000, or the investor can take possession.
