October-December / All ages / Fee: Free / Estate grounds / Wednesday, 9 a.m. -2 p.m. Sarasota’s only midweek farmers market features local fresh produce, prepared foods, food trucks, baked goods, artisans with crafts and live music. GUIDED HISTORIC EDSON KEITH MANSION TOUR

December / Ages: 12 and up / Fee: Free / Edson Keith Mansion / Wednesday, 10 a.m. Take a trip through the past with a guided tour of Edson Keith Mansion. The Italian Renaissance mansion was built in 1916 as a private residence and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Guided tour with docent begins promptly at 10 a.m. One tour only. The gazebo can be rented by itself or along with a large open area for larger festivals, concerts and parties. • Outdoor rental space is available at the front of the park, and offers ample space for large fundraising gatherings, festivals and arts and crafts shows, with separate parking available on the south field of the park.
