Johnson’s Tire Service Hosts Career Day
Soldotna, Alaska, 06/04/11----Johnson’s Tire Service is proud to host Career Day at the Johnson’s Tire Service in Soldotna. Career Day is a community event to encourage Soldotna locals to come out and explore a job in the tire and auto service industry. The community is encouraged to come out and enjoy a free hot dog, oil change and tshirt give-a –ways. Managers will be available to discuss employment opportunities and will be accepting applications for: management, tire technicians, sales associates and service technicians. Johnson’s Tire Service is proud to employ over 100 people across Alaska and is committed to finding the right person and empowering them with knowledge, skill and drive to succeed. “Sometimes helping someone get a foot in the door is all it takes to start making a positive difference in the community” said Vatau Alenepi, General Manager of Retail Operations, Johnson’s Tire Service. “Career Day is a way for Johnson’s Tire Service to give back to the community while educating people on what employment opportunities are available at Johnson’s. “We welcome everyone to come out and get a hot dog, and get their oil changes, but we’re really excited about the chance to provide a great place to work”.
