Not sure what you would like to do for a career? Want to get into something that will keep your options open for the future? JT Launchpad gives you an opportunity for a professional career path without the need for A-levels or a degree. We’re recruiting in both Jersey and Guernsey, where recruits will start their career in one of our lively customer facing areas including our Retail Store or our Contact Centre. There you will gain a wealth of experience and a deeper understanding of the diversity of our business which will give you a stepping stone for further opportunities to grow and progress. JT Launchpad is a programme which develops a wide range of highly transferable skills and includes personal coaching.

At JT, we’re proud of our Channel Island roots and the contribution we make in our local communities. We’re also lucky to have people who champion and volunteer for community involvement in their own time.

2017 was the 4th year for National Coding Week, which we have sponsored in the islands since its inauguration. The week was the most successful yet and saw hundreds of local and global activities taking place. JT ran free coding workshops for start-ups and small businesses.

Summer of Music JT have provided over 25 FREE music events showcasing local and International talent in Guernsey through our sponsorship of Celebrity Market Rocks in aid of The Lord’s Taverners, Cobo Bay Balcony Gigs, House on Herm and Sunset on Herm festivals.

Sarah Doherty Sarah began her JT career path with us on our Gigabit project before moving on to our 2-year Graduate programme back in November 2015. During the Graduate programme, Sarah was seconded to our London office for 6 months working with our London based staff. Having now completed the programme, Sarah is a permanent member of our Jersey based HR team. Sarah is primarily responsible for all HR related topics within Fibre Services (formerly known as Gigabit), the Service Management Centre and our Customer Contact Centre.

Max O’Shaughnessy Currently seconded to our office in Melbourne, Australia, Max has worked for us now for nearly 2 years. Back in 2016 Max applied for our Graduate programme and successfully began his career with us in October 2016. Max currently works in IT and has worked for several departments during his Programme including International and Core Technical Services. He is currently seconded over to our Melbourne office as part of their Development Team, to help them deliver new customer services.
