What is JT Cloud PBX? JT Cloud PBX service is a virtual, cloud-based business telephone system. Traditionally, PBX systems are physical devices located in your office or contact centre that route all incoming and outgoing calls. A PBX is used to manage everyone's extensions and provide businesses with more autonomy when it comes to managing their incoming calls. The JT Cloud PBX app is a feature-packed application, capable of everything traditional hardware is and more, with a modern, digital simplification for your entire phone system. The primary feature of the app is, of course, to handle the outgoing and incoming calls for team members, making it easy for them to answer calls from work, home, or on the go. Additionally, with the JT Cloud PBX app, every employee’s number and extension is automatically added to a cloud-based directory. Team members can get in touch via a simple search functionality, each number in the JT Cloud PBX directory also features an availability status — ’In a meeting’, ‘Do not disturb’, etc. — so it’s clear to see who’s available to take a call, and who isn’t. In our JT Cloud PBX online portal, admins can manage users, control routing settings, and more, giving full oversight and control.

Answer calls on any network

If you are travelling for work and find yourself in a situation where local mobile connectivity is low, JT Cloud PBX allows users to make and receive calls over Wi-Fi networks. So, even in harder to reach locations, accessing available Wi-Fi networks means your office phone system is still supported, wherever you’re located.
JT Cloud PBX provides a unique PIN for each team member to host their own conference calls, so only invited parties can attend. JT Cloud PBX's conference feature can support up to 30 members at a time, and attendees can join from any of their personal or work devices.
