Current work projects

The main objective of the Masterplan is to redevelop and revitalize this part of the city, since the current buildings do not present any urban link with the city or with the surroundings, being practically unsuitable for the local population.

The transformation of this area will redevelop a marginal area of the city, through the construction of a new integrated landscape that is capable of overcoming the fences of the old industrial settlements, while improving the connections of the north with the other districts, to the south with the historic complex of Cascina Gargana and to the east with the new European market.

At the same time, the redefinition of the borders of the project will provide the city with new green areas in order to recover the environment and regenerate the soil, rebalancing the percentage of hard and soft surfaces. My role in this project has been to update the current masterplan according to the requirements of the administration, these functions contain the correction of plans, 3d, views, etc.
