CONTRACT BETWEEN JUAN ANTONIO ALGORA RODRÍGUEZ student from Technical University of Madrid, located at Madrid, Spain. And JOONSEOCK CHOI student from Soongsil University, located at Seoul, South Korea. WHEREAS I.- This document sets forth the terms of the agreement between ELENA JUARROS y MICAELA DASKALOPOULOU fort the university collaboration. II.- In consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and agreements here in contained, The Parties, having legal and contractual capacity, enter into this collaboration Agreement, according to the following. STIPULATIONS FIRST.- WORK The parties intend to promote and exploit the following work: Title: “ATLAS OF EMULATIONS OF THE INFORMAL III: EXCEPTIONAL AREAS”. University Faculty: “Architecture”. Duration: since Sempember until December, 2014. SECOND.- GRANT OF RIGHTS Therefore, The Parties does hereby grants and licenses to their respective Universities, the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, exhibit, advertise, market and exploit the project in the languages set out herein. To this end, the Parties shall be entitled to negotiate and conclude license and/or distribution agreements with third parties for the exploitation of the project. The Universities shall respect the integrity of the project. THIRD.- THE QUESTION OF AUTHORSHIP The Parties are granted the right to insert or have inserted their logo, trademark or tradename before the beginning or at the end of the project, or in any produced materials.

FOURTH.- WORKING METHOD All works must be edited and delivered in one of the following extensions: .JPG, .PDF, .PSD, .DWG, .PNG, .AVI, .MOV, .3DM. Also, hand drawings or sketches must be scanned or photographed. FIFTH.- WORK LANGUAGE, COMMUNICATION AND TIMETABLE The language used for the workflow of the present Agreement, should be English. Notifications will be made through: Facebook, email, skype. The Parties agree to give a sign of life three days every week, even if it’s to say “I haven’t done anything”. In any case, The Parties will try to do a meeting once a week. SIXTH.- METHODOLOGY The Parties undertake to contribute ideas of different sorts for the achievement of the goals governing the subject of this contract. The Parties have to try to comment every document sent by the other teammate, always constructively. SEVENTH.- “COPIADORES” It’s obligation for the Parties to introduce 6 students of the Technical University of Madrid as Cc in every email they exchanged. These 6 students are called “copiadores” (spies) because they have access to all the documents produced by the Parties, and they are allowed to take and modify what they want of those. There will be no communication between the Parties and the “copiadores” (“ana.cantero.ibanez@alumnos.upm.es”, “ferreroalonso@hotmail.com”, “diegops25@gmail.com”, “lunol32@hotmail.com”, “tabu_02@hotmail.com”, and “anaznxz.89pkm@hotmail.com”). EIGHTH.- BREACH OF CONTRACT When any Party breaches the provisions of the present Agreement, the defaulting Party, at the other Party’s written request, shall fulfill its obligation in the term of seven days maximum. The non-fulfillment of their respective contractual obligations by any of the Parties, shall entitle the non-defaulting Party, at its sole decision, to terminate this Agreement. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement in two copies, 22th of September 2014.

El proyecto se desarrolla en torno a tres principios: el movimiento (colaboración con el compañero coreano), el teatro (colaboración con Barcelona) y máquina expendedora (centro comercial). Este proyecto se introduce en un edificio existente, por lo que ,tras el estudio del funcionamiento del centro comercial existente, se decide mantener la estructura y las comunicaciones verticales (ascensores) actuales de forma que lo atraviesan de arriba a abajo. Algo muy importante en este edificio que tambien se mantiene son los patios de luz, de manera que el perímetro se adapta para abrirse en estas zonas. Este perímetro se realiza como una cáscara de hormigón armado, siendo un volumen contínuo en todas las direcciones, sin ángulos, que se abre en determinados puntos para dejar pasar la luz. También se abre para establecer una relación con los compañeros con el mismo centro comercial. Por último, este límite se abre a las pasarelas del centro comercial existente, manteniendo así toda su circulación intacta, tanto en vertical como en horizontal. El programa trampa (set de TV) se sitúa en planta baja entre los dos accesos al centro comercial, de forma que en el momento que entras y estás controlado, se obtiene una distracción instantánea. Todo el centro comercial está proyectado como un teatro, situando pasarelas entorno al hueco central en donde se encuentran una serie de palcos que funcionan como zona de espera. En ese patio central se coloca un circuito de escaleras mecánicas que conducen a dichas pasarelas, realizando la acción de control, y apoyando así a los núcleos de entrada y salida. Se entiende como zona de vending el área próxima a los escaparates. Las tiendas se conciben como almacenes en dónde los productos giran sobre unas plataformas y van rotando de una a otra con el sistema de ruedas dentadas, de manera que todos los productos pasan por esos escaparates y están siempre en movimiento. El momento de la compra se realiza a la salida del centro comercial por comodidad de los usuarios al liberarlos de cargar con las bolsas. Este funcionamiento es similar al de una máquina expendedora: en los escaparates se elige un producto, y a la salida se selecciona su código y se entrega de manera motorizada.
