PLAYA PARAÍSO GASTRONOMÍA & LODGE (Playas – Euador)

Project Phases: 1-6 Current Status: Completed Descripion: Re-adaptation project of a private property located in the coastal town of Playas in Ecuador, which is a ery important acation destination in the country, due to its proximity to the city of Guayaquil, but mainly due to its beautiful beaches and landscapes. With this adaptation, the intention was to convert he above mentioned private property into a tourist complex which offers a wide variety of services. The complex has around 60 rooms, a high-standing restaurant, as well as three bar and food areas, two swimming pools, a sauna area, spa and gym, among others, as well as direct access to the beach. The terrain arranged for this project has the peculiarity that it is quite elongated and thin, which presented a significant challenge when designing it. Some of the buildings that make up the complex existed prior the development of the project, although it was necessary to adapt all of them to meet the project’s requirements. Key Tasks: Participation in the design process, support in worksite control and budgeting, planimetric survey and AsBuilt plans drafting.
