“It made perfect sense to offer clients the ability to work with our cohesive team of professionals, designing an exquisite yet comfortable place to live, work and play. Our clients prefer working with a focused team rather than having to deal with several different companies. This way we can provide our clients the expertise of design from planning to completion. - Rey Pezeshkan, CEO

Residential Communities Communities are a staple of urban and sub-urban residential living. Home designs that balance privacy with efficiency are key, with an emphasis on community living and a strong sense of character. Amenities define the town, help to establish a community center, and provide much-needed on-site services that allow for more walking and interacting and less driving.

Ole and Paseo Ole and Paseo are master planning projects that utilize similar residential products and clubhouses. The master plans are based on the concept of a town center, where residents are able to enjoy local amenities without having to leave the community by automobile. Paseo is a 200-acre Fort Myers community, and features over 800 multi-family units, and 141 single family residences. Ole is a 64-acre plan, developed as part of the Lely community in Naples, and features 663 total residential units.

Hotels & Hospitality High-value hotels require a great deal of design coordination and attention to detail, not unlike the club industry. As temporary homes for demanding travelers, they are focused on maximum impact in first impressions, convenience, a wide range of services, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Mixed-Use Projects Mixed-use buildings are the bridge between purely commercial and purely residential uses, and are a staple in well-functioning urban and town centers. Ground-level retail shops anchor the building and provide streetlife, while above-ground offices and homes aid with neighborhood stability and night security.

837 Fifth Avenue South Building The building at 837 Fifth Avenue South is a two-story, mixed-use modern structure containing a restaurant, retail bay, and office spaces. The client requested a two-story building of limited scale to fit seamlessly between adjacent three-story and onestory structures. The restoration of an abandoned pedestrian way leading from Fifth Avenue to a parallel alley was of utmost importance. The building’s exterior takes on an Art Deco influence from nearby homes, but differs in style from its adjoining neighbors.

Kraft Construction Headquarters The 100,000 square foot Kraft Headquarters building is home to one of Florida’s premier construction companies. A modern, clean-lined design was chosen that highlights and contrasts raw and finished construction materials. The project consists of two main buildings connected by a second floor bridge, containing the majority of executive suites, administrative offices, and estimating offices, and an additional auxiliary structure at the rear. The buildings flare out to create the illusion of perspective and scale as one arrives via the main entry boulevard.

Single Family Residential Among the most complicated and detail-oriented of project types is the single family home. It’s an intensely private endeavor that can span many years of design and construction, but rewards the client with the ultimate in domestication - a custom design that’s a direct functional and aesthetic representation of the client’s needs and wants.

Gin Lane Residence The client’s main goal was to create a private courtyard at the rear of the lot for entertaining. The house is oriented on a small, wedge-shaped lot in a way that maximizes water views. The home was created to include all owner required elements and a reflection of the lifestyle and ambiance of Naples. The residence became transparent and open to the outdoors, allowing indoor and outdoor activities to flow.

Little Harbor Lane Residence The colonial and vernacular architecture of the Island of Bermuda was the primary influence on the design of this two-story lake-front home. Since the homeowner is an antiques dealer, we worked very closely, in order to create a historically-correct feel to the residence.

Commercial Interiors Interiors for offices, retail, and other specialized commerce can be as personal as your own home. Companies often have a specific vision of what they need, or look to designers to come up with that vision. Staging and branding take on great importance as the interior is ultimately designed to drive sales.
