Located in an industrial decayed neighborhood , the new urban plan is defined by two strong, residential built entities, which define a large park with a strong presence.

The built entities adopt different natures as they respond to their existing setting. As a result, tall structures are erected next to the four lane road, while the rest of buildings acquire an irregular, broken up U-shape, responding on the one hand to Baracaldo’s urban fabric, and filtering itself towards the park on the other.
