Poyntz Promenade
Site Research and Urban Design | MANHATTAN, KS The vision of Poyntz Promenade is to transform the downtown district into a walkable retail destination with a recognizable urban character and flexible programming elements. To accomplish this goal, a network of ecologically functional spaces manages stormwater flows, enhance walkability and characterize and beautify downtown Manhattan. 22
