Conception of the architectural form - Compositive Intention
CONCEPTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL FORM The Compositive Intention work approaches the development of a 3D form in a given imaginary site without a previous program. Sharp angles and intersection of volumes were developed based on analysis of architectural references and composition of the 3d model in human scale. Revit Architecture

ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT
The task consists on developing a residencial condominium located between the Conde de lraj6 and Volunt6rios do P6tria Street, in Humait6, Rio de Janeiro. Today the site works as a parking lot. Besides, the intention were to develop townhouses to highlight the study of natural ventilation and illumination. Thus, the project aims at the coherence between chosen materials and structural systems. Also developed focusing on the ambient confort. 45% of occupation rate and 40% of common green areas Revit, SketchUp and AutoCad.

RESIDENCIAL GESTALT
ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT A mixed-used building allied to commercial or institutional activity in a consolidated urban environment. The Student Residence presents 70 units; a library, a restaurant/cafe- also open to the external public - and both collective and private areas for the students. Neighbourhood: Catete, Rio de Janeiro. The area is well-off in terms of activities and cultural attractions, such as Aterro do Flamengo and others nearby. - Oi Futuro and lAB. The surroundings are poorly integrated. The best approach to integrate the aforementioned points, is to create a multifunctional system, combining the surroundings and keep them a~ their own system, turning the SPACE into PLACE. The place's SPIRIT was established based on interviews with occupants. The main elements that compose it are: water; the mutability of man-made space and resistance.
That's what was understood as the GENIUS LOCI of the area. The focus on the shoreline comes from the understanding of it as the anchor point that puts the place together. By recognizing the existent layers of memory and identity. Therefore, the main design guidelines are: -To reestablish the connection from arrival to the waterfront - To deconstruct the idea of a road as protagonist element in the landscape - Continuity between open spaces adjacent to the existent facades -To vitalize the crossing so that the continuity to the waterfront is established.

In Joaquim Silva street, next to one of the most important symbol of the carioca essence, the Lapa Arches. For those who wishes to ingress into the marginalized underground madness of Lapa, which overflows its borders into the historic sobrado tucked away. Without losing the regional simplicity, the ideas of avant-garde forms the concept that guide the theatrical atmosphere, inspired by the artist of the Rosario, from the Images of the Unconscious Museum. By exhibiting his works, the aim is to bring light to it, sharpen people's imagination in the interior of the bar and achieve the environment to welcome those who, like the Bishop, feel related to the means of expression. The ground floor has direct relation to the street. It guarantees the exposition of the work, the project's aesthetics.
