I'm very happy to have you here!

Julia de Klerk jewellery launched in 2018. My aim was to produce creative & colourful items that beam happiness whilst showcasing a high-quality hand-made acrylic jewellery line.

My designs use a mix of graphic & artistic elements, bold or on-trend colours and eye-catching patterns in the aim to include a little something for everyone. Each piece is laser-cut in house using UK sourced and highest quality frosted Perspex acrylic. I laser etch onto the surface of each design with illustrations to add texture & keep them unique.

The jewellery is assembled using sterling silver findings for quality & durability and is carefully packaged in boxes designed to be display-worthy as well as recyclable! I take care to collect all offcuts for re-use and recycling as well as sourcing materials within the UK from local and ethical suppliers.

A lot has changed since I first launched my new colourful collections. I have met a lot of wonderful customers, grown my audience and I now stock my jewellery with some beautiful shops and galleries throughout the UK and US.

How to Order

Orders can be made by emailing details of your order to hello@juliadeklerk.com. Please include product names, product codes, quantities and delivery info. Alternatively, if you require an order form for your records just get in touch via email.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made via bank transfer or Paypal. Invoices will be emailed directly to you. Opening orders will be charged on a pro forma basis, with successive orders net 30 days thereafter. As I am a small business prompt payment is really appreciated.

Processing & Delivery

All items are made to order so my standard delivery timing is 6 weeks. During peak periods this may be extended. I strive to produce and post all deliveries as quickly as possible and often ship early so please get in touch when you order if you have a specific deadline and I will endeavour to accommodate you. Carriage is paid for UK orders over £250.

Please note: If at any time I have to extend my delivery times due to restrictions or any changes are made to postal services that may affect your order I will keep you updated & check in regularly. All orders are posted via a tracked service.

Minimums

I have introduced a 2-item minimum on all my earring styles. This is so I am able to provide a faster turnaround for all my wholesalers. My minimum order value for both opening and reorders is £160.

Packaging

Items are lovingly packaged for retail and must be sold in their original packaging. If removed for display packaging MUST be replaced when purchasing. All of my jewellery packaging and postage packaging is 100% recyclable as well as endeavouring to be plastic free. Replacement packaging can be ordered for you at cost price should it be needed.

Returns & Repairs

Items are sold as a firm sale basis. Damages from delivery should be notified within 5 working days. Any jewellery that is faulty can be returned free of charge for repair. After two months repairs may be subject to a fee. Replacement packaging for all items are available to purchase.

Any items loaned previously on a S.o.R basis must be kept in a saleable condition, silver parts should be polished regularly or a fee may occur for damage to the item or packaging. Please inform me of any damage that occurs whilst on display as if unsaleable these items should be reimbursed. I am unable to take on any new S.o.R stockists at this time.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock at the time of order you will be notified and given the option to replace it, cancel it or have it shipped when available (at no extra cost to you). During very busy periods deliveries may arrive in two parts if approved.
