I am 51 and had to move from Cape Cod to Las Vegas to take care of my Mother after my Pop died. Acclimating to the Desert, the situation, the lack of activity for the last 6 months has taken it's tole on my body. I had seen Joe's movie on Netflix and had done some juicing while on the Cape, along with a much healthier lifestyle of kayaking, running on the beach, and organic farm produce. I am single and just not ready to give up on a active, healthy lifestyle. So, along with the New Year I am going to Reboot my entire lifestyle. I may be in the dessert , but there is no reason I can not find other activities to embellish my health and body needs. I am looking forward to what this change will mean in my life and hopefully in my Mother's life once she sees the change in me.
