FELL FOOT

WATERSPORT CENTRE This process involves general design from planning application to construction detail for a new Watersport Centre at Fell Foot National Park. This project gave me the chance to learn how a traditional contract works, and how to develop the role of the architect as a team coordinator. All dimensions and levels to be checked on site before commencing work. Any discrepancies shall be immediately notified to the architect in writing. Do not scale from this drawing, use figured dimensions only. If in doubt consult the architect.

GOLDEN LANE PLAYSPACE

A small scale design to reclaim a forgotten play space in the heart of Golden Lane Estate a Chamberlin, Powell and Bon’s first project, a 20th Century Housing development in an old bombarded area, working with the constraints of an existing space in a II graded listed Estate. The project is currently in Construction (RIBA stage 6).

BAGNOLET 155 LOGEMENTS

Private Competition to desing 155 housing units in the outskirts of Paris, working with an industrial building. I had the chance to work from the conception stage to the first planning application, getting to know the management process and timings.

BEAUSEJOUR FLAT RENOVATION

Renovation of a 250m2 private appartment in Paris (XVIème arrondissement) in a Haussman building. A young family with three children looking for new privacy spaces, making most out of light and secret spaces. I had the chance to assist the main architect during the design and the whole work proccess.

AL-PISAR

New strategies for a rural landscape The Alpizar Castle, surrounded by the rural landscape in Huelva, South of Spain, it is the starting point of a particular academic project, where I had the chance to work with an usual situation in the Iberian Peninsula: derelict buildings with a strong cultural and historical value, that are falling apart because of the lack of activity on the rural areas after the 70´s decade because of mechanization. Finding the traces of the historical routes and discovering the details of this singular construction gave me the chance of making a sensitive proposal of revitalisation.
