Destructive inspection techniques were not used and were beyond the scope of this inspection. The field visit consisted of reviewing the exterior building envelope (the façade from ground level to the roof of all the Eight mentioned buildings), assessing the interior and exterior load bearing wall construction, reviewing the condition, assessing the roof condition from the inside of the building. Some of the structure’s roofing were not approachable, so only exterior observation was feasible. Apart from the buildings the setting and the environment was also reviewed for the understanding of the context
