Exercise 06 The drawing shows the elevation of a semidetached house in Las Rozas, Madrid. It consists of basement, ground, first and second floor and a penthouse. The reinforced concrete structure is based on pillars and prestressed hollowcore slabs of 15 + 5 cm, except in the deck, where light galvanized steel substructures will be used. Case 1. Students with ID 0,2,4,6,8. Section A-A’. Scale: 1:10. Façade: ETICS. Windows: PVC, 70 mm. Pitched roof: concrete tiles. Flat roof: EPDM waterproof layer, insulation, plots and 40x40x2 cm. stoneware slabs. Case 2. Students with ID 1,3,5,7,9. Section B-B’. Scale: 1:10. Façade: ventilated, with 60x40x3 cm. limestone. Windows: Lacquered aluminium, 65 mm. Pitched roof: seamed zinc sheets. Flat roof: PVC waterproof layer, insulation, gravel. Be submittted basic information only –drawings and captions, as specified in the guidelines. Missing data, if any, should be supposed by the student –as this will lead each one to different details. Details should include all information necessary to build the façade: dimensions, components, materials, etc.
