COASTAL ADRIATIC CRUISE ZAGREB TO DUBROVNIK
DAY 1 ZAGREB/RIJEKA CROATIA Upon arrival at the Zagreb International Airport (ZAG), we depart for a brief guided tour (depending on individual flight schedule) of the capital of Croatia, which is also the largest city in the country. Zagreb was founded about 1,000 years ago by the will of King Ladislaus, right in front of the Gradec fortress, which is now the historic district of old Zagreb. In addition to its well-preserved medieval heritage, the city has many religious and cultural buildings dating from Austrian rule, thus revealing its anchor in the cultural space of the “Mitteleuropa”. After our visit, we transfer to Rijeka and board the M/Y Adriatic. DAY 2 RIJEKA/KRK/RAB CROATIA This morning we sail to Krk, arriving in the early morning. Discover Krk on a walk that will allow us to discover this charming city surrounded by walls and a rich heritage. After lunch in the city, return to our yacht and continue sailing to Rab. A doublefaced island: a rocky and desert stretch to the east and a landscape flooded with vegetation, forests to the west. The Romans nicknamed the city of the same name Felix Arba, “Happy Rab”, and we understand why. Filled with its pristine beaches and bays, and its scented and green atmosphere, Rab is intended for rest and pleasure. Its beauty and various attractions make it one of the most visited islands in the Adriatic. At leisure, enjoy time to walk through the streets of Rab. DAY 3 RAB/ZADAR CROATIA Our arrival to Zadar this morning begins with a visit of the old town. Starting at the center of the city constructed in the Renaissance style, we visit St. Anastasia Cathedral, a Byzantine church rebuilt in Romanesque style at the beginning of the 13th century—admire its imposing Pisanstyle façade. Visit the Church of St. Donat, an example of the Carolingian style and built in the shape of a rotunda along with the Church of St. Mary. The visit will end with a walk along the fortifications, constructed mainly in the 16th century, when the city faced an Ottoman threat.
DAY 4 ZADAR/PLITVICE LAKES/ ŠIBENIK CROATIA Today we departure for a day trip to the Plitvice Lakes National Park with a picnic lunch. Located about a 2-hour drive from Zadar inland to the west of the country, Plitvice Lakes National Park is a particularly interesting site. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, it includes a succession of 16 lakes whose configuration is quite special. Each lake flows into the next, with one or more waterfalls, representing a total of 92 cascades over an elevation of more than 400 feet! The clarity of the water is incredible and swimming is prohibited to protect this beautiful site. This afternoon we continue sailing south to Šibenik. DAY 5 ŠIBENIK/TROGIR/SPLIT CROATIA In the morning we discover the small town of Šibenik. Naturally protected by its large bay and dominated by a fortress, Šibenik is home to a beautiful old town full of churches, monasteries and palaces. The majestic SaintJacques Cathedral is considered to be the first Renaissance building built outside Italy and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We then continue sailing to Trogir, arriving in the mid-afternoon. Enjoy a guided tour of Trogir which is located just 15 miles north of Split. The city has retained its medieval character, making it one of the most interesting cities on the Adriatic coast. Visit the Saint-Laurent cathedral (built in the 13th century), walk the alleys and the exteriors of the various monuments and palaces, and finally, take in the Benedictine Monastery of St. Nicholas. Absorb the local landscape on a scenic drive to Split and a guided tour of the city. It was in 295 that Emperor Diocletian had his palace built in a large bay not far from Salona, thus was born the city of Split. At the end of the seventh century, John of Ravenna, archbishop of Split, transformed the mausoleum of Diocletian into a cathedral. It was in Split that the first Croatian king Tomislav summoned the assembly of bishops and constituted the autonomy of the city. After long Venetian domination and the Napoleonic period,

the city was attached to the Habsburg Empire before integrating the kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes in 1918. Following dinner this evening in Split we return to the M/Y Adriatic. DAY 6 SPLIT/OPUZEN, OR METKOVIC CROATIA Today we continue south from Split towards Opuzen or Metkovic. In the late afternoon, embark a traditional boat to witness a performance on the Neretva River. Before returning to the M/Y Adriatic, we enjoy a typical local dinner with a festive atmosphere. DAY 7 OPUZEN, OR METKOVIC CROATIA/ MOSTAR BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA/ KORCULA CROATIA Today, we have a morning departure by coach for a visit of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ravaged by war, Mostar is a city reborn. The Old Bridge district of the Old Town of Mostar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since the reconstruction of the “Old Bridge” constructed by the Turks more than 500 years ago, it has become the symbol of the city. Walking through the streets, visit the Turkish house and the mosque. After lunch, we return to our yacht for peaceful sailing along the idyllic islands of the Dalmatian coast to Korcula. This fishbone-shaped town is one of the most important fortified sites in the former Republic of Ragusa (Dubrovnik). According to legend, it was founded in the 12th century BC by the Trojan hero Antenor. From the 13th century, the life of the city was very structured and its constitution that dates from 1214 remained in force until the occupation by the French under the 1st Empire. Korcula, known for being the native island of Marco Polo, owes its reputation to its stonecutters who made the monument of Saint Mark’s Cathedral which contains a beautiful painting of Tintoretto. Enjoy time at leisure navigating the alleys of the city of Korcula.

DAY 8 KORCULA/DUBROVNIK CROATIA This morning we sail to Dubrovnik. Surrounded by high ramparts overlooking the Adriatic, Dubrovnik, the ancient Ragusa, is considered one of the jewels of World Heritage. Founded by the Greeks of Epidaurus, it was populated by Slavic tribes from the 7th century, under the protection of Byzantium. In the 12th century, the city had a political organization headed by an elected Rector and two councils. Gradually, it emerged from the domination of Venice and proclaimed itself a Republic in 1358. For more than three centuries, this republic reigned over trade in the Adriatic. The noble families and merchants built magnificent palaces and the city was enriched with churches and monasteries. In the 17th century, the city was destroyed by a violent
earthquake. Rebuilt in pure baroque style, the city now offers many palaces, squares, churches and patrician houses that contribute to its brilliance. Enjoy a guided tour of the old town, passing by the Franciscan convent and its Romanesque cloister, the Rector’s Palace, once the seat of the Republic of Dubrovnik. The baroque cathedral houses a polyptych of Titian, as well as reliquaries in gold and silver. DAY 9 DUBROVNIK/KOTOR-CETINJE MONTÉNÉGRO/ DUBROVNIK CROATIA This morning we depart by coach for a beautiful panoramic drive to the country of Monténégro. Upon arrival in Kotor, take part in a guided tour of the old town, incuding St. Tryphon Cathedral built in 1166. We continue our journey through

Monténégro via a beautiful mountain road that offers an exceptional panorama of the entire fjord. On the way, stop at an Inn in the village of Njegusi for a tasting-lunch of local products, including their famous smoked ham. The afternoon continues with a visit of Cetinje. Perched at 2,200 feet elevation, Cetinje is the former capital of Monténégro. The country gained its independence as early as the 14th century, here we visit Prince Nikola’s palace, and admire The Monastery of St. Peter in its neo-Byzantine style before returning to the M/Y Adriatic for our last evening aboard. DAY 10 DUBROVNIK CROATIA This morning after breakfast, disembark for transfer to Dubrovnik (DBV) International Airport.

The Yacht 18 private exterior cabins are located throughout the 4 decks of this newly-built yacht constructed in Croatia. Outfitted with modern and comfortable furniture, it is one of the newest yacht-style vessels plying the Adriatic coastline. As one would expect with private yachts, spaces can be somewhat compact aboard, however, there are numerous spaces available at your disposal. Meals are served at a full-service restaurant-lounge with panoramic windows to take in the view. A lounge bar at the Panorama Deck bridge features a spacious sun deck, along with a partially-covered terrace furnished with sofas, armchairs and tables. A full-sun area is outfitted with deck chairs, a whirlpool and a platform equipped with 2 ladders for direct access to the sea for swimming. Wi-Fi on board is free for all passengers.

LEGENDARY DOURO RIVER CRUISE PORTO TO PORTO ROUND TRIP
DAY 1 PORTO PORTUGAL Upon arrival, transfer to the port of Porto (Vila Nova de Gaia). Embark upon the 5-star M/S Queen Isabel. This evening, enjoy a welcome cocktail and dinner on board. DAY 2 RÉGUA/LAMEGO/PINHAO PORTUGAL This morning, we begin navigating through the Douro Valley where small villages seem suspended among vineyards and olive groves. Following lunch on board, we arrive at Régua, the gateway to the Alto Douro. Visit Mateus Palace, an elegant 18th century manor and a veritable jewel of Baroque art. Its gardens are a marvel of landscape art, composed of flowering paths, exotic plants and scented boxwoods. Continue to Pinhao, an important wine center located at the confluence of Pinhao and Douro rivers. In the evening, enjoy dinner in the Quinta da Avessada, an interactive museum celebrating the history and culture of wine in the Alto Douro region. DAY 3 VEGA DE TERRON/ CASTELO RODRIGO PORTUGAL Today, we sail through the deep valleys of the Douro to Vega de Terron, located on the Spanish border. The river, widened by successive dams to regulate its flow, produces much of the electricity consumed in the country. After lunch on board, depart for Castelo Rodrigo. From the top of a hill, this small medieval village dominates the plateau which extends towards Spain to the East and the Douro River Valley to the North. Walk through the narrow streets of the village, whose houses offer beautiful facades of the 16th century and Manueline style windows. Visit the ruins of the castle and the church of the Réclamador. This afternoon, return to the ship and enjoy dinner on board.
DAY 4 VEGA DE TERRON PORTUGAL/ SALAMANCA SPAIN/ BARCA D’ALVA PORTUGAL Today is dedicated to the discovery of Salamanca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the splendor of its old town. Enjoy a panoramic tour of the city passing through the Plaza Mayor, one of the most beautiful monumental squares of Spain, and visit the University, founded in 1215. Afterwards, visit the new Cathedral, built between the 16th and 18th centuries, displaying a mixture of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque styles. The facade is highlighted by delicate stone lace, protecting an interior with richly decorated vaults. Enjoy lunch featuring local specialties in a nearby restaurant. Guest will have free time this afternoon to explore this ancient city. Later, board the M/S Queen Isabel in Barca d’Alva for dinner on board. DAY 5 RÉGUA/MATEUS PORTUGAL We sail through the romantic valley of the Douro this morning with a picturesque landscape of vineyards that spread over the even the smallest piece of rugged mountainside terrain. Following lunch, depart for Lamego, recognized in 1143AD as the sovereignty of Afonso Henriques. Visit the cathedral—despite the mixture of styles, it is fascinating in its beauty and grand scale. Then, visit the Lamego Museum, housed in an 18th century building, displaying precious collections of sculptures, paintings and tapestries. This evening, return to the ship for dinner and a lively performance of local music on board. DAY 6 NAVIGATION - PORTO PORTUGAL This morning we encourage your guests to absorb the landscape from the sun deck as we sail to Porto. Following lunch on board, we departure for a visit of Porto. Located at the mouth of the 12
Douro, the city dominates the river and bears witness to a rich history of two millennia. Its historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site—with its bridges, monuments, azulejos, flower-filled balconies and shopping streets, the city does not lack interesting attractions. Visit the cathedral, the Sé, the forecourt offers a superb view of the river and the roofs of the city. This Romanesque fortress church was rebuilt in the 17th and 18th centuries and is one of the oldest monuments in the city. The chapel of the Blessed Sacrament, which opens on the left arm, houses a beautiful altar with an altarpiece of engraved silver. The visit ends with a wine tasting in one of the local cellars. This evening, enjoy a traditional show on board, followed by dinner. DAY 7 GUIMARAES - BRAGA PORTUGAL This morning, depart for Guimarães, located northeast of Porto and hometown of the first king of Portugal, Afonso Henriques. Discover the historic center along the Largo da Oliveira, then visit the palace of the Dukes of Braganza, with architecture evoking a feeling of the castles of Burgundy. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before we continue to Braga. Braga is the third largest city of Portugal, however, your guests wouldn’t realize this due to the relaxed pace and uncrowded atmosphere. Witness the exceptional heritage of this city, formerly called the “Rome of Portugal” and visit the oldest cathedral in Portugal, the Sé, along with one of the finest monuments of northern Portugal, the Bom Jesus do Monte. This evening, we say our farewells as we enjoy our last dinner aboard the M/S Queen Isabel. DAY 8 PORTO PORTUGAL This morning, disembark for transfer to the Porto Airport (OPO), or continue on for the post-tour extension to Lisbon.

The Ship The M/S Queen Isabel is a beautiful river ship, and likely the most luxurious vessel sailing on the Douro today. The Cabins The 59 exterior-facing cabins are spread over 3 decks. All cabins and suites are equipped with two twin beds, convertible to one queen size bed, individual thermostat, flat-screen TV, radio, alarm clock and personal mini-safe. DAY 1 MOSCOW RUSSIA Upon arrival in Moscow, transfer to the “Maritime Vokzal” to embark the M/S Tchekhov, our floating hotel for this journey. Upon arrival, your guests are welcomed on board with a traditional “Bread and Salt” ceremony. This evening, enjoy dinner on board as we start our exploration. DAY 2 MOSCOW RUSSIA After breakfast, begin with an orientation tour of all the famous sights to give your guests the first taste of Russia’s capital. Moscow combines the best of old and modern architecture. It is a city of long avenues and majestic squares, leafy boulevards, parks and gardens, new luxury housing, bridges, and the granite embankments of the Moscow River. It’s a city with an incredible combination of unique cultural and historical sites. In our panoramic tour, we see The Ring, the famed Bolshoi Theatre and the Lomonosov University. Afterwards, enjoy a visit of Novodevichy Monastery (New Maiden Convent), one of the finest examples of 16-19th century architecture, located on the territory of a former convent for ladies of noble birth. This afternoon is at leisure—choose to participate in an optional excursion to the Tretyakov Gallery or attend the Moscow Circus this evening before enjoying dinner on board. DAY 3 MOSCOW/SERGIEV POSAD RUSSIA Following breakfast, depart for a visit to Sergiev Posad (formerly Zagorsk) located 71 km from Moscow. The city was founded in the 14th century by Serge Radonège, patron saint of Russia. The heart of this colony was the Trinity Monastery which played an important role in the development of Russian history and culture. The Trinity Cathedral was decorated by the famous Russian icon painters Andrei Rublev and Daniel Tcherny. The Cathedral of the Assumption (1558-1585), which resembles the Assumption Cathedral located in Moscow’s Kremlin, is the center of the entire monastery. The visit will
be followed by lunch in a traditional Russian restaurant. This evening, your guests may opt to participate in the Moscow by Night optional extension following dinner on board. DAY 4 MOSCOW/KREMLIN RUSSIA Morning visit of the Kremlin— the beating heart of Russia’s political world and the former residence of the Tsars and Russian Orthodox Patriarchs. The imposing walls house a number of stunning cathedrals & monuments. Enjoy a guided visit of one of the Cathedrals with free time this afternoon to participate in an optional excursion to the Kremlin’s Armory Museum. In the later afternoon, we begin sailing to Uglich and enjoy a festive welcome cocktail and presentation of the Captain and the crew on the Sun Deck (Weather permitting), followed by dinner onboard. DAY 5 UGLICH RUSSIA In the early afternoon, arrive at Uglich, one of the most scenic towns of provincial Russia. Enjoy a walking tour of the city and Kremlin. Founded in 1148, your guests will begin to understand why Uglich is one of the most beloved towns in old Russia. The view of the town as approached from the Volga River is especially lovely with the Cathedral of the Resurrection and St John’s Church looming on the horizon. We pay a visit to the Church of St. Demetrius of the Blood and the oldest building, the Kremlin. This evening, enjoy dinner on board. DAY 6 GORITSY RUSSIA As we continue our journey along the mother Volga, enjoy the breathtaking scenery sailing through the White Lake and the Volga-Baltic Canal. In Goritsy, visit the historic KirilBeloserskiy Men’s Monastery founded in 1397, the largest Russian Orthodox monastery of the Russian North. Here your guests will discover its rich history and magnificent architecture. This afternoon, we sail toward the Great Lakes of Karelia and enjoy dinner on board.

DAY 7 KIZHI/PEARL OF KARELIA RUSSIA This morning, enjoy breakfast onboard as we navigate through the “white lake”, crossing Lake Onega, one of the biggest lakes in Europe, to reach Kizhi, a tiny island located at the northern end of the Lake. This excursion is a testament to Russian architecture and history, and is a highlight of the places we visit during this river cruise experience. Kizhi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and our visit will include an indepth tour including several examples of 19th century peasant architecture. See the Church of the Transfiguration with its 22 Domes (made completely of wood—an almighty site made all the more impressive by the fact that it was made without the use of nails) and the treasury of icons with its unique decorated screen; the openair Museum of Wooden Art; the Church of the Resurrection of Lazarus, which is believed to be Russia’s oldest wooden building. Finish the day with a walk through the Ethnographic Museum before returning to the ship for dinner. DAY 8 MANDROGI RUSSIA This morning, enjoy breakfast as we sail along the Svir River which connects the two Great Lakes of Onega and Ladoga in the heart of Karelia on the way to the tiny village of Mandrogi. Sitting 183 miles away from Saint Petersburg, Mandrogi was founded around 1,000 years ago as a tribal settlement—the same village where Peter the Great stayed when he was working at a nearby shipyard. It remained as such for many years until its destruction during World War II. In 1996, it was resurrected by Russian entrepreneur Sergey Gutzeit who turned it into the attraction it is today. See how Russian architecture has developed over the centuries, with many building replicas of those which were destroyed during the war. Mandrogi, a modern “make believe” village gives a great opportunity to taste a varnished version of aestheticism. Enjoy a picnic lunch (weather permitting), as well as a Gala Captain’s Dinner on board this evening.

DAY 9 SAINT PETERSBURG RUSSIA Following breakfast, start with a morning panoramic tour of Nevsky Prospect, St Isaac’s Cathedral, the Admiralty, the Church of the Spilled Blood, and Peter and Paul’s Fortress, where many of the Romanovs have now been laid to rest. This afternoon following an included lunch, visit the Hermitage Art Gallery, one of Russia’s best-known sights with arguably the greatest number of secret treasures within its walls. Everywhere you look, you see a masterpiece of art or craftsmanship by such artists as Davinci, Rembrandt and Kandinsky. This afternoon, your guests may enjoy time at leisure, or opt to attend a traditional Russian folkloric performance before returning to the ship for dinner.
DAY 10 SAINT PETERSBURG RUSSIA This morning, we pay a second visit to the Hermitage Museum and the General Staff building which opened on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the museum. It is on the other side of the Palace Square and houses the art collections of the 19th and 20th centuries. The collection of Impressionist paintings is one of the richest in the world and is an invaluable treasure itself. Other rooms are devoted to contemporary art and temporary exhibitions. Enjoy free time this afternoon with a shuttle provided to the ship, or opt to participate in an optional excursion to Catherine’s Palace, Yusupov Palace or a scenic boat ride on Saint Petersburg’s canals before returning to the ship for dinner this evening and a restful sleep following a fascinating day.

DAY 11 SAINT PETERSBURG RUSSIA Following breakfast, we make our way to incredible Peterhof. This is a magnificent summer residence and was built to rival Versailles. Situated on the shore of the Gulf of Finland the palace’s exterior facade and ornate interior are impressive in themselves. Afterwards, enjoy a walk of the residences grand gardens before returning to the ship for our last dinner aboard the M/S Tchekhov. (this cruise operates in both directions) DAY 1 SAIGON/MY THO VIETNAM/ EMBARKATION Upon arrival to the Ho Chi Minh City International Airport (SGN), make your way to the Sofitel Plaza Saigon for transfer to My Tho. The transfer includes a stop at the Cholon Market and a visit to a lacquer factory. Upon arrival in My Tho, the team aboard the R/V Mekong Prestige II will provide a warm welcome to your home for the next seven nights. Lunch will be served on board as we prepare for departure in the afternoon. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner followed by a traditional music performance. DAY 2 CAI BE/SA DEC VIETNAM This morning, we arrive at the charming city of Cai Be. After breakfast, take a morning tour by local “junk boat” around Cai Be to visit a floating market and go ashore to visit the French Gothic cathedral, reminiscent of the French colonization of this region. Take a stroll along the river bank and visit a local manufacturer producing rice paper and coconut sweets. Return to the ship for lunch, and sail past Vinh Long Province to arrive at Sa Dec for an afternoon walk. This afternoon, visit the house of Marguerite Duras’, now a museum, and learn of her story “The Lover”. We continue to a Caodaist Temple and stroll through the colorful local market. Dinner is served on board this evening. DAY 3 TAN CHAU VIETNAM/ BORDER CROSSING/ PHNOM PENH CAMBODIA Arrival at Tan Chau in the morning, a remote town on the Mekong River. After breakfast, transfer on small boats to visit this charming small town, divided between rurality and lively economic activity, which is very representative of this part of Asia. Depart for the Cambodian border crossing
mid-day. This evening, navigate up the Mekong River to Phnom Penh with dinner on board. DAY 4 PHNOM PENH CAMBODIA The capital city of Cambodia still retains its old French colonial architecture in riverside streets. Visit the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. The National Museum is another highlight, with outstanding displays of Khmer crafts and sculpture. Return to the ship for lunch on board, followed by an afternoon excursion to the former High School “S21”, a converted detention center under the Red Khmer’s rule between 1975 and 1979. Following with a visit to Wat (temple) Phnom after which the city was named. This evening, dinner and a traditional Khmer Apsara performance on board. DAY 5 CHONG KOH/ PHNOM PENH CAMBODIA Early morning sail from Phnom Penh to Chong Koh or Oknathey (both located in Silk Island). Visit this silk weaving village for a morning walk at leisure and a visit to the local workshop. The excursion includes a visit to a Pagoda and a lively meeting in a primary school. We cruise past the Mekong’s timeless villages and river life with extensive fishing activities before we return to Phnom Penh with the afternoon at leisure. Dinner is served on board this evening, or your guests may opt to have dinner on their own at one of the many convivial dining venues ashore. DAY 6 OUDONG/KAMPONG TRALACH CAMBODIA We continue our journey upriver heading towards Oudong. Upon arrival at Prek Dam in the early afternoon, we depart by coach to reach Oudong, the former capital city of Cambodia, between 1618 and 1866. Visit the Vipassana Dhura

Pagoda, located at the foot of a hill on the top of which were erected numerous Stupas—a place of meditation for Buddhist Monks. After the visit, depart for Kampong Tralach to visit the very charming Vihara of the Wat Kampong Leu Pagoda, dating back to the last century, to see the beautiful wall paintings. Enjoy a whimsical return to the ship by ox-drawn carriage to prepare for dinner on board this evening. DAY 7 KAMPONG CHHNANG CAMBODIA This morning, enjoy a scenic navigation of the Tonle Sap River which connects the Mekong River to Tonle Lake. Following lunch, arrive at Kampong Chhnang and board local boats to visit life in an authentic floating village. A busy rural port town with bustling markets, Kampong Chhnang is a city where the life of the entire population is connected to the river. Go ashore for a brief stroll through the scenic market before returning to the ship to refresh and enjoy dinner on board. DAY 8 TONLE/SIEM REAP CAMBODIA On our last day, we cross the Tonle Sap Lake early in the morning (please note that when there is low water, the transfer to Siem Reap will be made by coach or speed boat). The great lake dominates Cambodia and is over 186 miles in length, teaming with interesting and varied bird life resulting from the varied the water levels in the lake and river depending on the time of year and rainfall. This district is linked to the maritime discoveries of the 16th century. Stop at the Belém Tower (15th century) and the monument of the Discoveries, then visit the Jerónimos Monastery. Enjoy an included lunch at a local restaurant before we begin our first exploration of the Angkor Temples. Start this afternoon with a visit to Angkor Thom, a fortified Royal City that is nearly 4 square miles, built by King Jayavarman VII, who ruled from 1181 to 1201. The city has five monumental gates and is encircled by a moat more than 300 feet wide. In the center of the walled city are the city’s most important monuments including Bayon & Baphuon. Visit the unique Bayon Temple and its 54 towers decorated with more than the 200 smiling faces of Avalokiteshavara. Afterwards, we discover the Terrace of Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and Phimeanakas with its royal enclosure. We finish this day of exploration with a visit to the most impressive Baphuon and its pyramid shape which represents the mythical Mount Meru and marks the center of the city that was here before Angkor Thom. Baphuon was entirely restored
over the last fifteen years and ranks among the most fascinating religious structures in Asia. This evening dinner is in a local restaurant before returning to our hotel for the evening. DAY 2 SIEM REAP/ANGKOR TEMPLES CAMBODIA After breakfast at the hotel this morning, we depart for an entire day at the temples. Start with the temple of Banteay Srei, the Citadel of Women. Banteay Srei was built in the late 10th century and is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva. The temple is square with entrances on the east and west. Of main interest, are the three central towers which are decorated with male and female divinities and beautiful filigree relief work. We return to the city center for lunch this afternoon before returning for a visit of Ta Prohm Temple, submerged in the wealthy tropical greenery. Then, admire the man-made lake Srah Srang, surrounded by handmade tiers, used for ceremonies and royal baths. Ta Prohm is one of 29
the most popular attractions of Angkor as much of the jungle has not been cleared and it looks very much as most of the Angkor monuments would have appeared when European explorers first stumbled across them. Finish the day with the highlight of the Angkor Wat Temple, “The Temple of the Capital” which is considered to be the supreme level compared with the other temples. This funeral temple embodies the outcome of the Khmer artistry. Ornated with more than 800 bas-relief, it is consecrated to Vishnu. Enjoy an included dinner this evening and prepare for departure in the morning. DAY 3 SIEM REAP CAMBODIA/ RETURN FLIGHT After breakfast, visit one of Angkor’s handicraft markets and your guests will have lunch on their own. In the afternoon, transfer to Siem Reap International Airport (REP) for return flight home.

No passenger will be allowed to embark a Rivages du Monde vessel unless Rivages du Monde has received all information.
TRAVEL PROFESSIONALS Travel agents are considered to be the agent of Passenger and not of Carrier. Carrier is not liable for any representation, act or omission of Passenger’s travel agent. Passenger’s cruise fare is not considered paid until Carrier receives full payment, and the amount thereof is subject to change at any time prior to Carrier’s receipt of payment. Passenger shall at all times remain liable to Carrier for the price of passage. Carrier reserves the right to refuse embarkation if all charges and surcharges have not been paid in advance of departure. DEPOSIT/FINAL PAYMENT To reserve your cruise, a $500 per person deposit of the cruise fare is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to departure. Guests will not be permitted to change travel agents once final payment has been received by Rivages du Monde. Final documentation will be issued after receipt of final payment and approximately 30 days prior to sailing. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date, and are guaranteed only when paid in full 90 days prior to sailing. Reservations made within 90 days of sailing require full payment within seven days of booking or sooner, as specified by Rivages du Monde. Payments may be made by VISA® or MasterCard®.
CRUISE TARIFF Cruise fares cover certain shipboard services including: accommodations, shore excursions, onboard meals and entertainment, complimentary beverages aboard ship where noted in the respective cruise program brochure.

All fares are quoted in US dollars, are per guest and based on double occupancy. Not included in your cruise tariff are: airfare, hotel accommodations, optional shore excursions, meals ashore(unless otherwise noted), beverages not highlighted as included, fuel surcharges, laundry (unless otherwise noted), purchases from the ship boutique or any item or service of a personal nature such as medical care, massages, and spa treatments.
If your cancellation request is received more than 90 days prior to your initial sailing date, a $500 non-refundable administrative fee will be charged per booking. This administrative fee may be not converted to a future cruise credit. Cruise cancellation requests received within 90 days of the initial sailing date will be subject to the following charges, regardless of suite resale: 89 up to 45 days prior to the initial sailing date: 70% of the total cruise fare per person 44 – 0 days prior to the initial sailing date or nonappearance at the time of sailing: 100% of the total cruise fare per person.

TRAVEL INSURANCE Rivages du Monde strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness or accident. Baggage insurance is also recommended. In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement. HEALTH AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS All guests are required to report in writing to Rivages du Monde at the time their reservation is made: 1. Any physical or mental condition that may require medical or professional treatment or attention during the voyage 2. Any condition that may render the guest unfit for travel, or that may require special care or assistance 3. Any condition that may pose a risk or danger to the guest or anyone else onboard the ship 4. Any condition that may require oxygen for medical reasons 5. Any intention or need to use a wheelchair cart, other mobility device By booking passage and by boarding the ship, the guest represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel, and that the guest will comply at all times with applicable rules and regulations of the ship and orders and instructions of the ship’s officers. Rivages du Monde reserves the right without liability to require a guest to disembark and/or to refuse to board and transport a guest who, in the judgment of Rivages du Monde or the ship’s Captain, is unfit to travel or may require care beyond that which Rivages du Monde is reasonably able to provide. BAGGAGE You may bring aboard the ship a reasonable amount of clothing and personal effects without charge. Baggage for Rivages du Monde guests or guests on our land extension programs must be handled in accordance with regulations of our ground operators. Baggage exceeding these limitations is subject to the charges as set forth by the individual operators. Airlines are strict with baggage limitations. Guests are encouraged to contact individual airlines for weight limitations.
All baggage must be securely packed, and properly and clearly labeled. Liquid, fragile, perishable and other articles not suitably packed are transported at your own risk. Rivages du Monde is not responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any other personal item during air travel or land extension programs. Baggage and personal belongings will be taken off the ship upon guest disembarkation. Under no circumstances will baggage be stored onboard without the owner of such baggage being on the vessel. Rivages du Monde is not responsible for baggage stored in shore side facilities. Under no circumstances may dangerous items (including but not limited to: explosives, firearms, combustible or illegal substances) be taken aboard the ship. We recommend that you handcarry travel documents (passport, visa, cruise tickets), medications and valuables. These items are the full responsibility of the guest at all times. Rivages du Monde shall not be responsible for the loss of, or damage to, such personal items. LOST PROPERTY Rivages du Monde may levy a charge for the return of personal items left onboard or lost and subsequently found. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS All travel documents (air and cruise tickets, passport and medical insurance information) are the guest’s responsibility. It is also the guest’s responsibility to obtain any necessary visas and public health documents for all applicable ports and to comply with all customs requirements. Without the required documents, a guest may be denied boarding and accommodation by Rivages du Monde or the guest may be disembarked during the voyage and Rivages du Monde will not make a refund or be otherwise liable to any guest for such denial of boarding or disembarkation. In the event that Rivages du Monde as a courtesy provides information or advice as to necessary travel documents, visas and medical inoculations, guests are still obligated to verify such information with the appropriate government authorities and Rivages du Monde does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of such information. Passports are required to be valid six months beyond intended stay. Please check with the appropriate consulate for specific requirements. Security measures imposed by governments may change from time to time and each guest will be required to comply with them. As a courtesy, we will endeavor to provide each guest with notice of measures that may affect them, but complying with any such

requirements is the sole responsibility of each guest. Please consult your travel professional for advice on such requirements to avoid loss of boarding privileges. TAXES, GOVERNMENT FEES/QUASIGOVERNMENT FEES AND FUEL SUPPLEMENTS Rivages du Monde reserves the right to pass through to its guests (including fully paid and deposited guests) any taxes and government fees/quasi-government fees that relate specifically to a guest’s itinerary. “Taxes and Government fees/quasi-government fees” include any and all fees, charges, surcharges, tolls and taxes imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental authorities including, but not limited to, customs fees, per person berth taxes or fees, embarkation and/or disembarkation fees at ports, airline transportation fees, dockage fees, and wharfage fees. Rivages du Monde reserves the right to charge a per person fuel supplement in the event that the price of increases up to and including the day of embarkation. Rivages du Monde may collect any taxes, government fees/ quasi-government fees and fuel supplement (the “Surcharges”) at the time of booking, prior to sailing or on board the vessel, even if the cruise fare has been paid in full.
