Julie O'Connor Ufema

Julie is a writer, photographer, filmmaker and mother of two boys with special needs. She recently published a narrative memoir; ‘Normal’ Is a Four Letter Word. She is a contributing writer for Cerebral Palsy Family and has been published in Film Courage, The Autism Site and Positively Positive. She has written, directed and produced several short films, documentaries and the feature film CAVEAT. Julie just opened BitterSweet Studios, a photography studio specializing in edgy portraitures. She is also an occasional actress; on the board of her local community theatre and a key figure in her family’s business, Rich Coast Coffee.
