How to Register for Events Secure your spot now by registering for programs online. Payment by bank credit/debit card is required to complete your online registration for events with Girl or Adult fees. Register online at www.gs-top.org, click “Events”.

How to Get Started Opening Date
Adult/Girl Ratios
• Opening date is the first day registrations will be processed for an event.
For Events
• Payment (event fee or deposit if applicable) is required with registration submission. Incomplete event registrations will not be processed.
Closing Date • Closing date is the last day registrations can be submitted online. For girls to have the best possible experience, we need this time to properly prepare for supply purchases, venue confirmation, Program Aide/volunteer scheduling and other tasks.
To make every girl’s experience fun and safe, all events must meet the minimum adult/girl ratio required by Safety Activity Checkpoints. If the minimum adult/girl ratio is not met, the event will be canceled and refunds processed. The following ratios must be met: Daisy (K-1) 2 Adults/1-6 Girls Brownie (2-3) 2 Adults/1-12 Girls f

1 Adult/6 more girls
Junior (4-5) 2 Adults/1-16 Girls
1 Adult/8 more girls
• An event will stay open for registrations until the closing date or until all spots are filled, whichever comes first.
Cadette (6-8) 2 Adults/1-20 Girls

Special Needs
Senior (9-10) 2 Adults/1-24 Girls
1 Adult/12 more girls
Ambassador (11-12) 2 Adults/1-24 Girls

Not a Girl Scout? Not a problem, join today at www.gs-top.org! Click “Join” on our homepage. Complete the membership registration process including the $25 membership dues. Wait overnight for your membership detail to be transferred to our Event Registration System. Access Event Registration from our homepage and register for your event. Or, submit a paper event registration form.
Confirmation Notices
When an event reaches maximum capacity, there are a small number of waitlist spots available.
Confirmations will be sent with program details after the closing date of an event.

2018 Girl Scout Gallop Come out to the Will Rogers Coliseum to learn about the equine sport of Cutting! Watch these specially trained horses separate cattle from the herd. Young cowgirls will demonstrate how they work cows. Meet National Cowgirl Hall of Fame cowgirl, Lindy Burch. Learn about: Veterinary medicine and what it’s like to be a female vet. Saddlemaking and horse and equipment safety. Test your skills as you cut ducks from the herd down in the arena with the NYCHA Youth Cutters! Wichita Theatre Play and Acting Workshop Date: September 22, 2018 Time: 2:00 p.m - 5:30 p.m. Location: Wichita Theatre and Opera House Purchase your tickets for the play through the box office at 940-723-9037 or online at www.wichitatheatre.com. Tickets are $10 for children and adults. Please contact Sherrie Scott at sscott@gs-top.org to reserve your place in the workshop. Space is limited.
Come enjoy the play ‘High School Musical’ at Wichita Theatre! After the show, girls can demonstrate their creativity and boldness by attending an interactive presentation including a backstage tour, as well as a discussion about the ins and outs of putting together a show – including lighting, sound, sets, costumes, props, choreography, singing, acting, and directing.
