Call to Action Guidelines – 5 Ways to Improve Conversion Call to action (CTA) is an action that you would request your reader to perform or response to certain desired action by the creator. Call to action is important to all Internet Marketer (IM) where the creater willl urge the readers to take immediate action thru some wording, such as “Join Us”, “Take Action”, “Click Here” and many more. A advertisement or blogs without call to action to an Internet Marketer, is considered in-perfect or incomplete. Often problem is that the call to action are laame and can’t attract the reader to click. Here are some Call to Action Guidelines on ways to improve your conversion rate

Call to Action Guidelines #1 – Make it Obvious Number #1 rule of Call to Action Guidelines, make your call to action as obvious and bringing out point. Make it clear and tell your reader on what they will get by listing it out on the title and inset description on the form fields.

Call to Action Guidelines #2 – Making Color & Contrast Obvious One of the simplest ways to make your CTA obvious is by using the correct color and contrast. Make sure thaat your CTA has a sharp contrast (such as pink, red and orange) compared with the background page to make it glaring obvious.

Call to Action Guidelines #3 - Equivalent Exchange value To ensure that the reader are providing the contact info, they will need an exchange of equivalent exchange value. The readers will only provide their contact if the creator is offering something for FREE. Example, they will get an ebook, report statistic, tips on how to and more.

Call to Action Guidelines #4 – Create a Countdown This is one of my favorite CTA strategy. By using the countdown normally convert the sales. The normal behavior of the customer is hesitation. With the countdown, it will sort of create an urgency to the reader through CTA using the limited time offering can overcome the customer hesitation.

Call to Action Guidelines #5 -Be clear and Consice Another strategy of CTA is leaving the customer some imagination space. You can brief them on what they can archive thru the method but to complete what they really need, they you need to click to get more.
