City and Borough of Juneau Delinquent Sales Taxes As of March 15, 2018 The businesses reported in this listing are delinquent in filing and/or remitting of sales tax. The sales taxes collected by merchants, in the normal course of business, are required by law to be held in trust for the City and Borough. Failure to remit the sales tax will result in significant financial penalties and interest being charged. The penalty for failure to file is $25.
