Leonard Coffman November 23, 1948 - March 10, 2018
Former Juneau resident Leonard Coffman passed away on March 10th in Kingman, AZ. He was born in Concord, California on November 23, 1948, to Carroll (Rex) and Elaine Coffman. The family lived in Fairbanks Alaska until 1952, returned to Concord and in 1960 moved to Juneau, Alaska. Leonard worked for Juneau Cold Storage until he left Alaska in 1971. He worked for Whitney Fidalgo Seafood for years and then started his own refrigeration fabricator business in the Seattle area. He married Leora Kane in 1983, and moved his family and the business to Deming, NM in 1993. Leonard was preceded in death by his wife, Leora, and his parents. His is survived by his son Patrick Kane, daughter-in-law Terri, and two grandchildren, Isaac and Olivia of Fruitland, Idaho. He is also survived by his sisters, Dana LaTour of Reno, Nevada and Karen Tanner of Olympia, Washington.
