Exhibit the making and use of lacrosse sticks
the space is mainly divided into two areas by different heights and structures: the production area and the visiting area. People can choose to make the sticks themselves or just visit. In the making area, people start by
learning about the hickory tree and experience the 4 steps of the manufacturing process until they finish the whole lacrosse stick. For those people who just want to visit, you can walk from the ground floor into the long gallery, And there are informational boards explaining the origin of the lacrosse stick and the different making steps.
From the section diagram, it is like two parallel sticks extending together, one stopping the other turning to right. In addition, there are gaps in the middle of the information board, so that people can read the information while watching the different steps of manufacturing through the gaps, rather than boring reading information. The gallery is also hung with different lacrosse stick of different times.
At the same time, they can go to the second floor and see the making process from a different perspective. On the second floor, you can also get a closer look at the hickory trees and watch people playing lacrosse on the court below.
