Doomed!!
My game is called “You’re Doomed” because in the start, there is not much of monsters, but later the Bosses will start to attack you and also the bosses are the warm-up and there is going to be lots of other types of monsters. That is when your life's can go down to 1 or 2 life's. After that there is vines and if you jump over the vines, you can go to the next stage. The next stage has 2 options. 1 of them is the tunnel or the other option is to go up the hill and get a treasure chest. But then, after that there is going to be pointier and a lake and in that lake there is monsters. I called this game “You’re Doomed” because it is really hard to be finished. Reflection: I first thought that this game will take forever to make because at the first time, it was really complicated but after Mrs.Caskey told me many tips of making the game, it was not complicated, it became much much easier to make.

Keegan How to speak Pig Latin Speaking pig latin is simple,all you do is take the first letter and move it to the back,and add hay,say we're working on the word ‘hello’,it would be ‘ello-hay’ but if the word started with a vowel you would just add hay. Lily The white, grey and black tabby she-cat stalked through the dark forest, her tail lashing, ears pinned. As her paws pressed against the cold, muddy earth, she started muttering about how her tribe members. How ‘ They don’t understand how I feel.’ and ‘ They don’t even help.’ Before her ears pricked, catching her off guard and distracting her thoughts from her tribe members. There was the familiar sound of arguing and shouting close to the Shining River, she followed the sound, paws as light as the wind and as silent as the night, her mind whirling with interest. Once scents flooded through her nose, she dropped to her belly, peeking out from behind a thorn bush, the razor sharp thorns poked at her belly, creating many scratches along her side and stomach but she didn’t notice. Her slit amber eyes scanned the beach in front of her, spotting two familiar pelts of her parents, the dark shape of her father, Ray. And the bright orang eand clear white of her mother’s, Shimmer. “How can you not care!” Shimmer exclaimed, her once calm sea blue eyes now wide with horror and rage, her tail lashing, and ears pinned to her bright head. The massive tom turned back on the she-cat, yellow eyes shining with frustration, with a curled lip, he snarled, “She was useless, why should I? At least we have Frost, she was way more useful and helpful then Burn!” Frost froze, her tail stopped twitching, her eyes wide, and her breathing getting caught in her throat. Was that how the massive and proud dark tabby tom, Ray, her father really cared about Burn? Her beloved sister? Her heart was twisted as she thought back to her first days, seeing her sisters dark orange and black patched pelt shining in the warm daylight, her bright blue eyes filled with love and happiness. Frost held back tears, the corners of her amber eyes now filled with them, “She’s your daughter! You're supposed to care for Burn!” Shimmer pointed out as she took a threatening step towards her mate, her short and dull teeth bared, and her tail low. The massive dark grey and black tom in front of the bright orange she-cat’s head bent down, shutting his eyes in fury, and his back arched in rage. His lip curled into a snarl and his knife like claws slid out, catching the sunlight, “You… You speak of Burn to much.” Shimmer snarled, her sea blue eyes blazing, her claws digging into the soft and warm sand, shouted back. “Frost isn’t your only daughter! There are other cats too!” The tom’s head snapped up, and darted his gaze towards the white and orange she-cat he prowled closer to Shimmer. His yellow eyes were filled with hatred, and his ears pinned in anger, “You speak of Frost like that? You… You… Useless she-cat!” Like the wind, Ray lunged at Shimmer, his long claws out stretched and ready to slash. He gripped the orange tabby she-cat’s shoulder tight, his claws digging into the she’s shoulder, Shimmer yowled in pain but couldn’t fight back. As he threw her aside into the river, Frost froze her heart racing and held in a gasp of horror. The tom stalked over and placed his paw neatly on top of Shimmer’s head and held her still, after a painful few minutes the orange and white patched she stopped struggling. With a dark look, Ray lifted his paw off her, with a quiet growl and walked away into the forest, Frost stood there. Frozen with horror, after a while the white black and grey she ran to the Shining Falls. Once she arrived she looked into the water, her face was stained in tears and her amber eyes clouding with sorrow. She lied down and buried her face in her paws, and cried her heart out.

INTERVIEWING MRS. SHAW I wanted to interview mrs.shaw because she is my teacher and i wanted to learn more about her. How long have you been at Sas. 1. I have been at SAS for 2 full years and 2 months of this year. Do you like being a teacher . 2. I LOVE being a teacher, especially when I get to meet wonderful kids like you. I especially love teaching math and writing. What is you favorite food. 3. My favorite food is from Din Tai Fung. I like the soup dumplings (called Xiao Long Bao in Chinese). What are your hobbies . 4. I like to cook, travel and watch movies. Do you like your class room. 5. Yes, I think it's the best classroom in the world. Well, at least the best classroom I've ever had.

THIS IS AN INTERVIEW I HAD WITH MS. CASKEY. SHE IS AN ART TEACHER AT SAS. What kind of art do you like? I like art that makes me feel happy. Sometimes it is because it is a scene from nature, or the colors are bright and inviting. I sometimes really like a work of art because I can imagine how much work the artist put into it. I can tell how the artist used his/her tools and brushes. How many years have you been at sas? I am in my 9th year at SAS. I have always taught Elementary Art here. Who is your favorite artist? That is a tough question. I have so many: da Vinci because he was a scientist and artist, Degas because he captured light and life. For photography, I like Dorethea Lange. For book artists, I like Sonny Liew for comics and David Wiesner for children’s illustrations. How many years have you been a art teacher? I have only been an art teacher in the classroom at SAS. However, I have taught private lessons for adults and school assembly programs for several years before teaching at SAS. Before teaching, I have had many jobs like working at a museum and gallery, doing digital design for a published author and medical illustration. All of these experiences has helped me to be a better art teacher. What is your favorite color? I like greyish blue or light orange. For me, greyish blue is about calmness and relaxation. Light orange is about joy and action.
What do you like to draw or paint? I like to work with materials that I don’t have 100% control over, like ink with water. I like the materials to move and change because of science, like the glazes of ceramics. I like to mix materials like ceramics and paintings or paper making.

Marie and Sebin Mouse Diary Once there was a little boat sailing on the strong sea but the sailor was a mouse. And the sailor’s name was Bob and he had a little girl named karen and she was a curious little girl. So they were going to a picnic way across the sea it was a small little island but it was nice. So they were in the kitchen packing a wonderful lunch it was cheese, cheese bread, cheese water, cheesecake and cheese grapes. So when they were done packing the lunch Karen got dressed in her best swim suit. It had red stripes with orange pants. And when her dad said ‘’ come on Karen so we are not late ‘’ So do you know why Bob said come on Karen so we are not late because sometimes the kerent gets strong. So bob got the rug and karen and bob went out the door by the count of four. So they went on the boat and bob started the boat and were sailing across the sea the end I am just kidding it is not over yet. So back to the story so there were sailing across the sea until a big wave came over and it took both mouse out of the boat.until Karen woke up on the beach where the mouse where going to have their picnic but all of the food got washed away. So she thought that she had no food but there was fruit in the tree right behind her. So she looked left and right and up and down and then she saw it the big juice apple. She ran right up to it and then ate it. But she did not know that in the bushes right behind her was a mouse hunter his name was Dan. and so Karen saw a orange beak coming out of a cave and as I said that Karen was a curious little girl so she went into the cave and saw a little penguin she went up to the penguin and said ‘’ what is your name my name is Ellie and I have been here for two years. And I am going to tell you a secret it is there is a mouse hunter on this island and he is looking for you and how did you hear this. So I was getting some fruit and I saw the mouse hunter about to shoot you until… He saw me and he does not like me because I interrupted a VIP lunch and I tuke his lunch. That is why he does not like me and also I did not tell you my name yet it is Karen also where is your dad oh he fell off the boat so it is only me. So karen why don’t I teach you how to stay alive in this island so number one how to find food so you have to shake a tree to get the fruit out of them. Number two how to get along with other people you give them a nice hand shake number three how to get to place to place you have to use vines. Okay said Karen so they did those things for days and they finally got them right but the mouse hunter was still on there tail so when they were in the forest looking for food and the mouse hunter fold them. And than with his gun he shot the floor and then the two little animals ran away but the mouse hunter was still on there tail. So the two little animals got a plan so they yank some vines and they were going on the vines and then they swung the vines around his belly and they took the gun away from him and then they claimed that island to all of the animal and then they all lived happily ever after. Pipere WONDER BOOK REVIEW I think you should read the book Wonder, because in this book they write the book in the characters perspectives.And there are different characters in the book and they also write in the book too.There are more books in this series too,they are called 365 Days of Wonder and Auggie and Me.The book is about this boy called August who was born with a facial difference that, up until now, has prevented him from going to a mainstream school. Starting 5th grade at Beecher Prep, he wants nothing more than to be treated as an ordinary kid—but his new classmates can’t get past Auggie’s extraordinary face.The third book is called Auggie & Me: Three Wonder Stories, which is actually the same Wonder story BUT from the perspective of 3 other students in the class. It is a wonderful book.I hope you enjoy this book!

Sometimes monsters fire fireballs or zap you or last but not least, they explode when you touch them. My game is similar to other video games in the arcade or like other games made on Sploder. My game is different because it is less complicated so it is more fun to play. Here is a picture of my game!

The Boss This game is called “Boss�, because in this game there are many bosses. But there are also monsters. You have to jump on the monsters and then they will stop attacking. After a few seconds, they will start attacking again. A monster is attacking you when it either throws fireballs at you, chases you or when it zaps you. Some monsters can fly and there are some that look like robots. There are many types of bosses. One looks like a robot and one is a spiky oval. The boss zaps more than it shoots with bigger bullets, the monster shoots little bullets. The player looks similar to a minecraft person, but in a red shirt. The goal is to reach the end of the level without dying. There are two levels. Throughout the level there are mountains you have to jump over and have to swim over rivers that have monsters in them. This game is really fun because it is fun being chased by monsters and there are obstacles to jump over and you have to make the bosses freeze and the bosses will sometimes chase you.

Piñata Periódico 1 globo Una brocha Papel de colores Marcadores de colores ¡DULCES!
Preparación Pegamento 1. Calentar 150ml de agua en una olla 2. Disolver las dos cucharadas de harina en 150ml de agua fría 3. Agregar la harina mezclada con agua fría al agua caliente. 4. Agrega más harina al agua caliente que está en la olla 5. Agitar muy bien esta mezcla y agregar la cucharada de vinagre 6. Seguir agitando hasta obtener una mezcla pegajosa Piñata 1. Cortar el periódico en cuadros pequeños 2. Inflar el globo 3. Untar con una brocha pegamento sobre el globo 4. Cubrir todo el globo con los cuadros de periódico formando una capa. 5. Dejar secar el globo 6. Repetir los pasos cuatro y cinco dos o tres veces más 7. Corta el globo y tira el globo en la basura 8. Corta el papel de colores como un peine y deja una parte no cortada. Pega el papel alrededor de la piñata. Y sigue pegando el papel hasta que hayas cubierto toda la piñata 9. Poner los dulces en a piñata.
Adriana La Princesa Mágica Había una vez, una princesa que se llamaba Rosita. Vivía en una castillo real. A Rosita le gustaba jugar en el jardín del castillo con las mariposas. Un día una mariposa empezó a hablar. La mariposa le dijo “Sígueme,” entonces Rosita la siguió.
La mariposa llevó a Rosita al bosque encantado para que conociera al rey del bosque. El rey tenía el pelo marrón y un bigote grande. El rey le pidió que buscara a su perro perdido porque no estaba en el castillo. Rosita acepto buscar al perro del rey con la ayuda de las mariposas mágicas. Las mariposas hicieron un hechizo para crear una mapa mágico. El mapa les dijo que el perro estaba en la casa del ogro. Y cuando ellos escucharon esas noticias, corrieron a la casa del ogro. A llegar a la casa del ogro ellos escucharon los ladridos del perro. Después de eso Rosita y las mariposas tocaron la puerta. Cuando el ogro abrió la puerta les dijo que solo había invitado al perro a tomar el té.

Mezclar los ingredientes hasta que la masa esté suave y sin grumos. Hacer una bola con la masa del tamaño de la palma de la mano aplastar la bola hasta hacer un círculo con un grosor de 1cm aproximadamente. Poner la masa en una parrillera que no se pegue. Tostar ambos lados. Pon a calentar el horno a 350 F. Mete tus arepas al horno por 15 minutos para que se abomben o inflen.
