Shenzhen Vanke Plaza is located near Shenzhen, China. It is a mixed-use complex with a five-story high-end mall, three residential towers and one office tower. Design Workshop analyzed extensive aspects such as circulation, district character, architecture, programing and government requirements at a comprehensive level, which results in a design with unique and grand modern gesture as well as art-deco details. At the ground level, we preserved significant heritage trees and provided the mall entry plazas with strong retail ambience. The rooftop garden is an outdoor living room for the residents, providing amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, lawn, playground, pavilion, covered walkway, etc. We also designed the show area park for Vanke Jiuzhou Sales Center.

The Star Avenue is located in the core area of Jinnan district, with an area of 95,260 square meters. The softscape and hardscape design include open space, retail street, plaza, garden and corridor landscape. This mixed use project consists of high-end shopping center, office and residential apartments. The client, Tianjin R&F Group, commissioned Design Workshop as the landscape architect, Beijing New Era as the architect.
