A third location that is good to explore by bicycle is Japan. One of the most notable landscape features of Japan is their beautiful, lush, green mountains. The four top cities to explore by bike are reportedly Tohoku, Shikoku, Kyushu and Hokkaido. The best time of the year to take a trip to these areas is either during the spring or the fall. The next best time to visit is the summer. It can be beautiful during the summer, but extremely humid as well. However, a trip in these areas can be quite expensive. As a result, it is a good idea to take good camping equipment with you unless you have a very fat wallet. If you try to bike too close to larger cities, you may become frustrated with the busy, loud, and dirty traffic that is located there. The traffic here is often not very considerate of cyclists so it is best to avoid the larger cities. There are some extremely peaceful, country roads that are perfect for cyclists though. Be sure

The fifth location that you may be interested in visiting by bicycle is Malaysia. Malaysia has a stunning coast line that is extremely rewarding to ride down. The roads along the coast are kept in good condition so it is easier to travel much further in one day here than in another location. In most locations, you will need to prepare extensively in order to really be prepared to tour a country by bicycle. This means that even when the weather is bad, you will need work out somehow. One of the best alternatives to biking outdoors is to bike indoors on a stationary bike. However, in Malaysia, you can still enjoy biking without working out extensively.
