bike cycles for toning please help me quick? Hi i was wondering what do bike cycles do for your body? I mean like which part of the body does it work on? Does it work on your abs? I was wondering if i road a bike for 30 minutes every day do you think i could lose about 2 inch’s off my stomach and my thighs (which is my first target – im not over weight just want to tone) .. if so how many days do you think it will work ?
