Rich Loverde, a longtime supporter of CATT, is a founding board member and served as Board President in 2009. Rich believes that CATT has built a community that supports contractors and all aspects of construction while giving back to the community through events and special projects. Rich conveyed that “there will always be competition in the industry, but CATT has created a cohesiveness that has been to the benefit of the industry.”

Rich Loverde will celebrate 32 years as a general contractor in Lake Tahoe/Truckee. Loverde Builders has built homes from Glenbrook, Nev., to Emerald Bay, Calif., and in many areas in Truckee. They enjoy creating the dream homes that clients have conceptualized with their architects so that they have their special place to enjoy with their families in our beautiful mountains.
