COMMERCIAL REMODEL PROJECT OF THE YEAR COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE BUILDING

This was primarily an exterior facelift; the project transformed a plain exterior commercial building used by multiple tenants with exterior access on the outside to a real estate building used by one company with one point of controlled access to the various individual and team offices. To facilitate this transformation an eyecatching architecturally timeless entry was created. The lobby was expanded and given warm and inviting details that exude comfort and luxury, and the meeting rooms were enlarged to accommodate the large staff of the new single tenant.
