COMMUNICATION “AD HOC” COMMITTEE
AT THE SATURDAY JANUARY 18TH, 2020 Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) Board of Directors Regular Board Meeting, the Board approved the formation of a BYLAWS and CC&R’s Communication – “Ad hoc” Committee. A proposed charter for this “Ad-hoc” Committee was reviewed for potential approval at the February 15th, 2020 Board of Directors meeting and has been re-agendized for review and potential approval at the upcoming March 21st, 2020 Board of Directors meeting.
The “BYLAWS and CC&R’s Communication – “Ad hoc” Committee” will be a committee appointed by the Board of Directors of at least five property owners that are interested in working with the Board of Directors and TKPOA staff in the communication of the TKPOA Property Owner Voting Ballot for Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (“CC&Rs”) and BYLAWS. The fourth draft of the proposed revised CC&Rs and Bylaws are posted on the TKPOA Website, www.tkpoa. com, under the Documents section.
