SUMMER 2010

Market surges to four year high The South End market is booming. In fact, with 37% more sales and prices up 8% over Quarter 2 last year, the South End just had its strongest 2nd quarter since 2007. Why? As buyers came back to the market, sellers rushed to meet demand but fell short – 4% fewer listings came on market this quarter. With some listings sold in as little as one day, we saw many disappointed buyers who never had a chance to bid. Median South End sale prices
