how to submit your files
Justine Déjor prefers only PDF files (with .125” bleeds and no crop marks — Allow .125” safety area to avoid your image or text from cutting off.
file format
All image files are required to be high resolution (300 dpi). TIFF, JPG, EPS or DOC files are accepted. Supporting programs are Photoshop CS, Image Ready CS, InDesign CS, Illustrator CS, QuarkXPress 6.0 or later. All submitted files must be saved in CMYK for print ads and RGB for all web ads. Remember to convert all PMS colors to the appropriate color mode settings before sending.
graphic design & file editing services
Need an ad layout or need a correction or change on the ad you provided? Our graphic design services are $50 per hour (min. 2 hours). Please allow 4 business days for turn around time prior to art deadline date. Provide hi-resolution images/logos/with photographer name. All ads must be approved prior to print run.

TERMS & CONDITIONS I have read the information above and give authorization to Justine Déjor to charge my account for return of advertisement selected above. I am in full understanding of due dates for electronic files and terms of payment and agree to adhere and cooperate with such guidelines. I understand that my reservation in Justine Déjor is binding and my cancellation or failure to comply with this agreement will not result in postponement of payment. Should any amount be turned over to an outside party for collection, the above stated customer to whom the charges are billed agrees to be responsible for paying full amount due, legal fees and court fees. If applicable, upon receiving my submitted item or products, Justine Déjor will take total responsibility of items lost, stolen or damaged while in their possession. However if items are broken, stolen or lost during delivery process (to or from) Justine Déjor waives the rights to refund or replace any item prior to receiving. All unsold or returnable items will be returned to customer after photo shoot or quarter is complete, unless stated customer provides a written request to return, cancel or continue service. All product placement items delivered will be covered by cost of customer only. Justine Déjor will not be responsible for any shipping and handling costs of product submssion. Justine has the right to discontinue this contract if payments are not paid in full prior to publishing a following issue. Customer will not be refunded if there are any necessary corrections or typos in their submitted file(s) prior to going to print. All payments are final and will not be refunded upon receiving this written agreement ten business days after deadline date stated in this agreement. PLEASE NOTE: Justine Déjor reserves the right to refuse advertising it deems offensive, conflicting or inconsistent with its mission statement. Justine Déjor reserves the right to reject or require changes to any ad it deems inappropriate. Justine Déjor reserves the right to determine the eligibility for all such ads and its judgment will be final. This Advertising Insertion Form will automatically expires after full billing term as been completed. (Effective as of August 01, 2008).
