This is a lesson that I got out of reading The War of Art by Steven Pressfield. He talks about his day is done when he starts making typos in his work. I realize my day is done when I start saying some key phrases like throwaway phrases that don’t necessarily make a difference. You’ve got to look for the triggers when you’re actually done. When you’re not able to deliver a message that people can actually hear because you’re so distracted and you’re someplace else.
Just reminding myself about that and some of the things I was saying in the last video. I’ve got the choice now. I can re-presence myself and get back into the action or I can take a break and can come back a little bit later. Either way works. Thanks.
