PROJECTS Vanguard: 2WR 5th floor expansion. Negotiate the lease terms and budgeting involved with leasing 15,000 sq.ft. Determine the scope and allocate resources appropriately to meet the client needs. Work with the A&E and construction teams to put a schedule in place for June 2018 occupancy. Vanguard: Security upgrades for the Charlotte campus. NC Security Command Center Redesign; provide new technology and redeveloped space to enhance security. Main entry revolver and camera installation; provide safety and ease of access for crew. Solar Decathlon 2015: Participated in the spring Solar D studio & fall competition to collaborate on the design, construction, and promotion of a prototypical, three bedroom, 1000 sqft, low environmental impact, netzero, solar house that is cost-effective in today’s market.
