TWO-PAGE SPREAD MATERIALS must be supplied as single pages, as per the full-page size requirements above. ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS All ad materials, both digital files and proofs, must conform to SWOP standards. (Information on SWOP standards can be found at www.swop.org.) PDF/X1a is the only acceptable file formal for all ROB ad units, both full-page and fractional units. FILE PREPARATION Keep all art elements and type NOT INTENDED TO BLEED 1/4'' in from trim on all four sides. For bleed ads, 1/8'' excess image must be provided on all four sides.
