It was an extraordinary experience and the staff made this could-be-stressful event very EASY and enjoyable! They were accommodating, pleasant, helpful, and so nice to us - a special menu, a poster in the entrance door of the hotel, a stand up poster in the hallway, helping us move our luggage and boxes out of the room before the guests arrived and helping us move them back in to our van the next day... towels for the flowers... a special table for the Awards... our demanding list was never ending and the Gladstone staff responded every time and with a smile. Wow. I have never had such a good event experience before and I cannot recommend them enough if you’re searching for an event venue.” — Lisa Zutner / Canadian Fairtrade Awards
