Inspired Living Memory Care- Sun City, FL Summary Inspired Living at Sun City Center provides personalized care with assisted living services specifically designed for those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments.

Working with the developers, we quickly designed a U- shaped building with two dining rooms, one in each wing, a large living common area, and an inviting lobby. There are 58 resident rooms ranging in square feet from 250sf - 325sf each.

Summary Inspired Living Assisted Living at Lakewood Ranch, FL provides personalized care with assisted living services specifically designed for those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments blended with the independent residents in the same facility. Working with the developers, we quickly designed a three wing building with two dining rooms, one in each area, two large living common areas, and two inviting lobbies. There are 43 memory care resident rooms ranging in square feet from 250sf - 325sf each. Additionally, there are 81 assisted living units with a mixture of studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms. Total Square Foot - 97,000 sf.

Inspired Living Memory Care- Tampa, FL Summary Inspired Living at Tampa, Florida provides personalized care with assisted living services specifically designed for those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments.

Working with the developers, we quickly designed a C- shaped building with two dining rooms, one in each wing, a large living common area, and an inviting lobby. There are 58 resident rooms ranging in square feet from 250sf - 325sf each. With constraints to the site, we proposed a tower facing the main road attracting guests.

Working with the developers, we quickly designed a U- shaped building with two dining rooms, one in each wing, a large living common area, and an inviting lobby. There are 72 resident rooms ranging in square feet from 250sf - 325sf each. With constraints to the site, we proposed multiple elements on the front facade.

A Museum in Lacoste, France P R O J E C T S TAT E M E N T Sensory experience is unstable and alien to natural perception , which we achieve with our whole body all at one, and which opens on a world of interacting senses.

Architecture is essentially an extension of nature into the man-made realm, providing the ground for perception and the horizon of experiencing and understanding the world.

The intent of this project, in Lacoste, France is to create a unique experience in which the guests perceive the science museum and rock quarry in different ways.

Imagination, FL P R O J E C T S TAT E M E N T Working closely with a large media company, we as designers and visionaries were asked to create a sustainable urban community in the state of Florida. Due to limitations of a contract with this company, the exact location is to be eliminated. The overall concept for the design was to include an institution that is walkable and desired. Using Savannah, GA as a base, we as a team created a series of parks that would create a pleasant journey from one end of the site to the other. These institution buildings were then connected with major arterial streets and a network of parks.

Evertson District: a social gathering place Thesis Abstract To integrate, connect, and re-establish a thriving, popular community destination is the intention for the Evertson District. The program for this built connection,including entertainment venues, will be a vital part of its success, impacting the everyday life of the city’s residents and visitors. Behind the unique facade ofthese buildings, Mount Vernon’s Evertson District will revolutionize the adaptable future and technology of today’s world. This change will only benefit the city, its residents, and the new businesses in the downtown area, resulting in an economic gain and an urban form that allows for upcoming growth within the community.
