You can find topics using Google alerts, other peoples blogs or forums. Make sure that the main topic of your blog is something you enjoy writing about. You can blog about your passion or anything you want.
How to build an email list step 2 – Create calling card or Lead magnet This is something that you give your visitors for free for receiving their email address. It can be an e-book, training or video. Make sure that your offer is something that your audience finds exciting or valuable.

The only options on this page should be to optin or leave. A good squeeze page should have a headline bullets (for cold traffic) call to action optin box button to submit

This will make it easier for you to not have to always send the same emails to each and every person. A good way to create a great follow up series is to get on some peoples list in your niche and see what they are sending.
How to build an email list step 5 – Drive traffic Once you have a capture page ready to use now you need to start generating traffic and visitors to try and convert them into leads. You can use several methods like SEO, article marketing, PPC, Guest blogging or Youtube.
