Unilevel Compensation Plan. How To Build A Thriving Team In Any Company. July 14, 2016 by Justin Leave a Comment

Unilevel Compensation Plan What is the “ unilevel compensation plan“ and how can you sponsor 510 new people per week to earn a FAT paycheck in any company that uses a unilevel marketing plan?

Maybe you are already in an mlm or thinking about joining an mlm, no matter what, you have come to the right place.

My goal here is to inform you the best way possible and teach you how to get the results YOU want no matter what business you decide to be a part of.

What is a Unilevel Compensation Plan?

As the name suggests, uni means 1.

So the pay plan is very simple.

There are no tricks or splitting of your team into legs, like a binary compensation plan or any mathematical grids.

For example:

You sponsor 5 people. This is typically called your front line.

Those people sponsor 5 people.

Then those people sponsor 5 people.

Most mlm companies pay down 5 to 8 levels deep.

So in theory your team looks like this…

● ● ● ● ●

5 people on your first level 25 people on your second level 125 people on your 3rd level 625 people on your 4th level 3125 people on your 5th level

● This totals to 3,905 people in your entire mlm organization.

So lets say for example that Xcompany has a monthly fee of $200 dollars which is pretty common.

With 3905 people in your organization at $200 a month, you have about $781,000 in sales volume flowing through your business.

If your company pays out 5% commission then you will be earning about $39,000 per month from your efforts.

Of course this is all in theory.

No business ends up going perfectly.

The truth is that people end up quitting constantly and it takes hard work to learn how to sponsor and recruit using traditional mlm strategies.

Like, cold calling, 3 way calls and home parties.

So if people quit, which they do, then sponsoring 5 people who actually sponsor 5 people is more like sponsoring a few HUNDRED people.

The realistic numbers are much higher because most people who join a network marketing company just don’t have what it takes to never give up and work hard.

And if you think about it…

How much work does it take to sponsor ONE person?

Have you ever worked your ass off for months without a single sale?

We all have.

It’s just the way it goes until you learn some certain mlm secrets to sponsor 510 people per week on autopilot .

And then…

It takes even more effort to teach other people how to get the results you are getting if you don’t have a system that does all the selling telling and training for you.

Which most mlm’s don’t have set in place.

And even if they do, they suck.

For example:

Make a like of your friends and family and pitch them the business.

This is fine, when you join your FIRST mlm.

But what happens when you run out of your warm market and have no more friends left?

What do you do then?
