The first one was the Civic Park and it means the citizen can enjoy their leisure time in this park. It is located at the Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market site. Some of the major buildings were preserved as studios and exhibition hall. It is symbolizing the water in the nature so that there were 4 ponds in the park. The special feature for this park were the mist generate system. Not only it can provide a visual impact, but also make peoples feel like immerse in the nature environment. C O M M U N I T Y PA R K The Community Park is located at the Reclamation Street which between the Shan Tung Street and Soy Street. It is a series of old buildings which bought back by URB and mainly focus on recreational use. The park has one small hill, playground equipment’s such as slide and swing, urban farm and lawn slope. The children can play slide from the top of the “hill” or just laid down on the slope to relax. There have 5 lawn slope, they can walk on the climbing slope or pass though it by the hole of slope. The shape of the slopes was referring to the shape of mountains. There are some colours paint on the paving to make it like the running tracks of the sportsground, so that they can running or jogging by following the coloured path. Finally, this park act as a testing and education place for urban farming. They not only can learn how to farm, but also can eat their own vegetable.

FOREST IN THE CITY Kwu Tung have one of the oldest village in Hong Kong. Long Valley near the Ho Sheung Heung is an ecological important area. It not only provides a shelter for the bird and others organism, but also food. When we need to develop this countryside area, we must preserve and conserve the natural environment. First of all, I will build a large green corridor to connect between existing agricultural land and the existing mountain area which it is the habitat of butterfly and birds. The functions of the green corridor are not just a connection, but also a unique habitat. 3 detailed plans were central green deck open space, wetland park as well as River Park.

W E T L A N D PA R K The wetland park was a constructed wetland. It use the plant to filter the rainwater and reuse it locally.
