We incorporated green experiences to inspire the youth such as organic farm visit, organic cooking and an Earth-friendly make-over. Justlife Earth Day Carnival
One Kid, One Tree
In April every year since 2007, we celebrate Earth Day in the form of a carnival, collaborating with likeminded companies to promote Earth friendly shopping. Apart from featuring organic and eco products, we bring in exciting green-themed activities such as organic farmers’ market, invited chefs cooking demos, installation arts and performances, live music and movies, lifestyle kiosks and even a pop-up café. It is also a day for justlife™ to initiate its annual theme.
This campaign aims to inculcate children with Earth loving attitude. Through a Facebook interactive campaign, justlife™ worked with Malaysian Nature Society on a mangrove planting project.

This is being done through workshops and talks at schools, NGOs, government and private sectors. Loan A Bag Campaign
An initiative that began back in 2008 aimed at creating positive response from the public on the issue of global warming. The event gained an overwhelming response with over 5,000 supporters. As a result of this effort, justlife™ was invited by MBPJ and Danida (a Dutch environmental agency) to be a project partner in promoting eco ideas to the people of Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
With the launch of “Plastic Bag Free Shopping” at the Earth Day Carnival back in 2007, we’ve stopped giving out plastic bags to our customers and instead introduced our “Loan A Bag” scheme. Customers who don’t bring their own shopping bags may loan one at our stores and obtain a full refund upon returning the bag.
