There are no user-serviceable parts in this unit. The installer is reminded that high voltages are retained for a while after switching off, and to wait for at least 10 minutes before opening the case.

Before working on the high voltage wiring of an electric fence, it is recommended that the energiser be turned off and an intentional short circuit be placed from the fence live wires to earth.
