A) That it is a corporation legally constituted and existing under the laws of Mexico, as proven with public instrument number 932 dated June 03rd, 2005, which was issued by Lic. Elias Amezcua González, Notary Public number 7 of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
B). Que su representante cuenta con las facultades necesarias para celebrar el presente contrato y obliganr a la sociedad en virtud del mismo, las cuales no le han sido revocadas o limitadas, según consta en la Escritura Pública señalada en el inciso anterior.
